【摘要】：伴隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)化經(jīng)濟(jì)和改革開(kāi)放的不斷深入,作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的旅游業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)非常激烈。在旅游市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的今天,作為事業(yè)單位的皇家園林怎樣改善自身的經(jīng)營(yíng)方式,增強(qiáng)自身的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,使自身不斷發(fā)展壯大尤為重要。 三山五園代表著中國(guó)古代園林藝術(shù)的最高成就。而作為香山公園前身的靜宜園,乃是它們中唯一的一座以自然山林風(fēng)景取勝的大型御苑。作為歷史名園的香山公園,已經(jīng)成為北京香山地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化生態(tài)中心,它是距離京城最近的一座天然山林風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)。香山公園是一座以清代遺址遺跡為主的具有山林特色的皇家園林。前人關(guān)于香山公園的文化、碧云寺、雙清別墅等的研究頗多,然而關(guān)于香山公園整體的旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究至今還沒(méi)有展開(kāi)。本文通過(guò)采訪香山公園管理處的研究人員,到圖書(shū)館找相關(guān)的資料等方式對(duì)香山旅游資源、現(xiàn)在的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式、香山地區(qū)的餐飲服務(wù)、文化娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)等進(jìn)行全面調(diào)查。在進(jìn)行這個(gè)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,把調(diào)查香山的材料和現(xiàn)有的關(guān)于香山旅游業(yè)的理論結(jié)合起來(lái),并綜合了前人關(guān)于旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、旅游市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)學(xué)、政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、香山的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的研究的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行研究。了解關(guān)于香山旅業(yè)的淡季、旺季、餐飲業(yè)、文化娛樂(lè)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)香山旅游業(yè)的淡季、旺季、餐飲業(yè)、文化娛樂(lè)服務(wù)業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題,分析限制香山旅游業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的原因,并最后提出解決這些問(wèn)題的措施和建議。 前人關(guān)于香山旅游業(yè)的研究還沒(méi)有展開(kāi),本文對(duì)香山旅游業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)研究是香山旅游學(xué)的一個(gè)補(bǔ)充。香山旅游業(yè)是北京旅游業(yè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,本文通過(guò)對(duì)香山旅游業(yè)的淡旺季的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況、餐飲服務(wù)業(yè)、文化娛樂(lè)服務(wù)等方面的研究,分析限制其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的原因,提出改善其經(jīng)營(yíng)的措施和建議。有利于繁榮北京的旅游業(yè)。香山公園是一個(gè)以清代遺址遺跡為主的,具有山林特色的皇家園林。通過(guò)對(duì)其旅游業(yè)的研究提出改善其淡旺季經(jīng)濟(jì)、餐飲業(yè)、文化娛樂(lè)服務(wù)業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況的措施。這些措施對(duì)其它具有相同特點(diǎn)的園林具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of market-oriented economy and reform and opening up, the market competition of tourism, as an important pillar industry of our national economy, is very fierce. In today's fierce competition in the tourism market, it is particularly important for the Royal Gardens, as a public institution, to improve their own management mode, enhance their own market competitiveness, and make their own continuous development and growth. Three mountains and five gardens represent the highest achievement of ancient Chinese garden art. As the predecessor of Xiangshan Park, Jingyi Garden is the only large imperial garden to win by natural mountain forest scenery. Xiangshan Park, as a historic garden, has become the economic and cultural ecological center of the Xiangshan area in Beijing. It is the closest natural mountain forest scenic spot to the capital city. Xiangshan Park is a royal garden with the characteristics of mountains and forests, mainly on the ruins of the Qing Dynasty. Previous studies on Xiangshan Park culture, Biyun Temple, Shuangqing villas, etc., but the study on the whole tourism economy of Xiangshan Park has not been carried out. By interviewing the researchers of Xiangshan Park Management Office, this paper makes a comprehensive investigation of Xiangshan tourist resources, current management mode, catering service, cultural and recreational activities in the library. On the basis of carrying out this survey, we combine the materials of the investigation of Xiangshan with the existing theories on Xiangshan tourism, and synthesize the previous studies on tourism economics, tourism marketing, and political economy. Xiangshan political, economic and cultural research on the basis of the study. Understand the current situation of the off-season, peak season, catering industry and cultural entertainment industry of Xiangshan tourist industry, and find out the problems existing in the off-season, peak season, catering industry and cultural entertainment service industry of Xiangshan tourism, This paper analyzes the reasons of restricting the economic development of Xiangshan tourism, and finally puts forward some measures and suggestions to solve these problems. Previous researches on Xiangshan tourism have not been carried out. The economic research of Xiangshan tourism is a supplement to Xiangshan tourism. Xiangshan tourism is an important part of Beijing's tourism industry. This paper analyzes the reasons for restricting the further development of Xiangshan tourism through the study of its operating condition, catering service industry, cultural and entertainment services, etc. Put forward measures and suggestions to improve its operation. Tourism is good for the prosperity of Beijing. Xiangshan Park is a royal garden with the characteristics of mountains and forests, mainly on the ruins of the Qing Dynasty. Through the study of its tourism industry, the paper puts forward some measures to improve its economy, catering industry, culture and entertainment service industry. These measures have reference significance to other gardens with the same characteristics.
