游客黑色旅游行為模式研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,旅游逐漸成為人們生活重要的一部分。隨著旅游體驗(yàn)時(shí)代的到來(lái),旅游者個(gè)性化和體驗(yàn)化的需求日益突出,旅游種類日益多元化,各種專項(xiàng)旅游應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并受到旅游者的歡迎和追捧。 黑色旅游作為專項(xiàng)旅游的經(jīng)典代表,不同于追求愉悅旅游體驗(yàn)的大眾旅游,它能夠給予旅游者與死亡、災(zāi)難、悲劇相關(guān)的另類旅游體驗(yàn),滿足旅游者對(duì)黑色事件的好奇了解,并從黑色事件中受到教育。 目前,國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)黑色旅游的學(xué)術(shù)研究剛剛起步,理論研究的不足限制了黑色旅游資源的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用,相對(duì)于中國(guó)豐富的黑色旅游資源和逐漸增加的黑色旅游消費(fèi)者群體,黑色旅游的供給不足,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)力度不夠,相應(yīng)的配套設(shè)施不完善,尚不能滿足市場(chǎng)的需求。 本文以游客黑色旅游行為為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用消費(fèi)者行為理論,通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,利用EXCEL和SPSS16.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件工具,對(duì)游客黑色旅游行為進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。 國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)游客黑色旅游行為特征研究不多,并且以定性分析為主。對(duì)黑色旅游消費(fèi)者行為進(jìn)行定性定量的分析和研究,摸清了游客黑色旅游行為的基本特征是本文的創(chuàng)新之處。 本文的主要結(jié)論:黑色旅游主要?jiǎng)訖C(jī)是紀(jì)念銘記和教育;影響旅游者決策的最重要因素是旅游安全;偏好的資源類別與黑色事件相關(guān),出游結(jié)伴方式主要是和同學(xué)、朋友、同事一起出游;出游組織方式主要為自助游;信息獲取渠道主要為網(wǎng)絡(luò)和親友介紹;出游制約因素主要為安全問(wèn)題、經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題和時(shí)間問(wèn)題;消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)中旅游者選擇花費(fèi)最多項(xiàng)目為娛樂(lè)。 結(jié)合本文對(duì)游客黑色旅游行為特征的研究,提出四條建議:加強(qiáng)黑色旅游產(chǎn)品的深度開(kāi)發(fā),突出黑色旅游景區(qū)的黑色主題;加強(qiáng)黑色旅游宣傳,借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)、廣告和旅行社對(duì)黑色旅游景區(qū)特色進(jìn)行促銷;完善目的地配套設(shè)施,主要加強(qiáng)接待設(shè)施和服務(wù)設(shè)施的建設(shè);保證旅游安全,定期檢查配套設(shè)施和硬件設(shè)備,配置安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)旅游安全管理。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, tourism has gradually become an important part of people's life. Various special tourism emerged as the times require, and was welcomed and sought after by tourists. Black tourism, as the classic representative of special tourism, is different from popular tourism, which seeks pleasure in tourism experience. It can provide tourists with alternative tourism experience related to death, disaster and tragedy, and satisfy tourists' curious understanding of black events. And educated from black events. At present, domestic scholars' academic research on black tourism has just started, the lack of theoretical research limits the development and utilization of black tourism resources, compared with China's rich black tourism resources and the increasing number of black tourism consumers. The supply of black tourism is insufficient, the design and development of products is not enough, and the corresponding supporting facilities are not perfect, which can not meet the demand of the market. This paper takes the tourist black tourism behavior as the research object, uses the consumer behavior theory, through the questionnaire, uses the EXCEL and the SPSS16.0 statistical software tool, has carried on the empirical analysis to the tourist black tourism behavior. There are few researches on the characteristics of tourists' black tourism behavior in China, and the qualitative analysis is the main part, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis and research on the black tourism consumer's behavior are carried out. It is the innovation of this paper to find out the basic characteristics of tourist's black tourism behavior. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the main motivation of black tourism is memorialization and education; the most important factor influencing tourists' decision-making is tourism safety; the resource types of preference are related to black events, and the way to travel together is mainly with classmates, friends, etc. Colleagues go out together; travel organization mainly for self-help; access to information mainly for the network and relatives and friends introduced; travel constraints mainly for security issues, economic problems and time problems; In the consumption structure, tourists choose to spend the most for entertainment. Based on the study of the characteristics of tourists' black tourism behavior, this paper puts forward four suggestions: to strengthen the deep development of black tourism products, to highlight the black theme of black tourism scenic spots, to strengthen black tourism propaganda, and to make use of the network, Advertising and travel agencies promote the characteristics of black tourist spots; perfect the supporting facilities of destinations, mainly strengthen the construction of reception facilities and service facilities; ensure tourism safety; regularly check supporting facilities and hardware equipment; and configure safety warning systems. We will strengthen the management of tourism safety.
