【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,人們的生活水平不斷提高,我國旅游市場得到快速增長。旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展促進了國民經(jīng)濟和地方經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,帶來了周邊服務(wù)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。由于旅游業(yè)的巨大帶動作用,許多地方將旅游業(yè)作為重點產(chǎn)業(yè)甚至是支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)來發(fā)展。然而,與此同時的是大部分景區(qū)的主要獲利來源依然是門票。在這樣的背景下,杭州市卻免費開放西湖景區(qū),10年來,杭州市旅游業(yè)得到了較好的發(fā)展,旅游收入相對西湖景區(qū)收費情況下也得到了較大的提高。本文希望通過對杭州市免費開放西湖后旅游業(yè)對杭州經(jīng)濟的影響效應的研究,為全國各地的旅游地發(fā)展旅游經(jīng)濟提供一些參考的價值。 為了研究在西湖免收門票的情況下,杭州市旅游業(yè)對經(jīng)濟的影響效應,本文采用了系統(tǒng)動力學的研究方法,構(gòu)建了杭州市旅游業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效應的系統(tǒng)模型,對2003年至2012年杭州市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展過程進行了仿真模擬,并得到了仿真結(jié)果與實際結(jié)果較為一致的結(jié)論,從而得出“免費西湖”背景下的杭州旅游業(yè)的經(jīng)濟的影響效應。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),“免費西湖”背景下的杭州市旅游業(yè)經(jīng)濟效應在收入效應、就業(yè)效應和創(chuàng)匯效應三個方面都有較為明顯的作用,三者都因為“免費西湖”的舉措而獲得了較大的提高,而對于產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)和產(chǎn)業(yè)波及效應則是相對不明顯,說明旅游業(yè)本身具有較強的產(chǎn)業(yè)輻射能力和帶動能力。 最后,本文針對研究過程中的不足進行了闡述,希望通過對這些不足的認識,可以在后續(xù)的研究過程中加以補足。在文章的最后,本文對后續(xù)的研究也提出了相應的思路,“免費西湖”所帶來的經(jīng)濟影響的范圍非常廣泛,后續(xù)的研究應該從不同的角度切入,為我國旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, people's living standard has been improved constantly, and the tourism market of our country has been growing rapidly. The development of tourism has promoted the development of national economy and local economy. It has brought the rapid development of the peripheral service industry. As a result of the huge driving effect of tourism, many places regard tourism as a key industry or even a pillar industry to develop. However, At the same time, the main source of profit for most of the scenic spots is still tickets. Against this background, Hangzhou has opened the West Lake scenic spot free of charge. In the past 10 years, Hangzhou's tourism industry has been better developed. This paper hopes to study the effect of tourism on Hangzhou's economy after the free opening of West Lake in Hangzhou. It provides some reference value for the development of tourism economy in all parts of the country. In order to study the effect of Hangzhou tourism on economy under the condition of free admission in the West Lake, this paper adopts the research method of system dynamics, and constructs the system model of the economic effect of Hangzhou tourism. The development process of Hangzhou tourism from 2003 to 2012 is simulated, and the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual results. Through the research, it is found that the economic effect of Hangzhou tourism in the background of "free West Lake" is the income effect. The employment effect and the foreign exchange earning effect all have obvious effects, all of them have been greatly improved because of the "free West Lake" action, but the industrial association and the industrial ripple effect are relatively not obvious. It shows that tourism itself has strong industrial radiation ability and driving ability. In the end, this paper expounds the deficiencies in the research process, hoping that through the understanding of these deficiencies, we can make up for them in the follow-up research process. This article also puts forward the corresponding train of thought to the follow-up research, "free West Lake" brings the economical influence scope is very extensive, the follow-up research should cut into from the different angle, provides the reference for our country traveling economy development.
