【摘要】：文化軟實力作為一個國家的綜合實力一部分，其重要性已經(jīng)日益顯現(xiàn)。文化軟實力的強弱決定著一個國家乃至一個民族的精神狀態(tài)和凝聚力，文化軟實力作為一種無形的力量，它滲透在我們生活中的每一個細節(jié)之中，影響著我們的生活方向和生活狀態(tài)。而紅色文化軟實力在我們中國特色社會主義的國家體系和社會實踐中更是扮演著舉足輕重的角色，發(fā)揮著更重要的角色。尤其是在資本主義的世界體系中，社會主義的紅色文化軟實力的發(fā)展狀態(tài)對于我國國家的社會意識形態(tài)的興衰、民族凝聚力的強弱都有起著決定性作用。 本文主要對紅色文化軟實力下的紅色旅游進行了闡述和研究，尤其對保定的紅色文化軟實力下的紅色旅游資源進行了較為充分的分析并對其具體發(fā)展提出了一些建設(shè)性、創(chuàng)新性的意見，可以為保定的紅色旅游經(jīng)濟起到指引和借鑒作用。 本文共分為五部分。第一部分為緒論，主要介紹了選題背景和來源、闡述了課題研究的理論意義和實踐意義、梳理了國內(nèi)外的研究狀況以及簡要介紹了對課題進行研究的基本內(nèi)容和主要方法；第二部分為紅色文化軟實力及紅色旅游的相關(guān)理論闡述，對紅色文化軟實力和紅色旅游的理論基礎(chǔ)和理論內(nèi)涵做出了較為詳細的說明和解釋。通過對“紅色文化”和“文化軟實力”的解釋和說明對“紅色文化軟實力”做出了系統(tǒng)性的總結(jié)；第三部分具體到了保定的紅色旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，論述了保定紅色旅游發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢和劣勢，具體分析了其所產(chǎn)生的原因和根源；第四部分主要論述的是針對保定紅色旅游發(fā)展所提出的具體意見，為保定紅色旅游發(fā)展的發(fā)展策略提供了借鑒和指引；第五部分是針對保定紅色旅游的發(fā)展而具體提出了一個發(fā)展案例，以此為例來印證上文的相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略和發(fā)展思想。本文的第二部分、第三部分和第四部分為全文的重點章節(jié)，首先是對全文主題思想奠定理論基礎(chǔ)，其次分析了問題和原因并據(jù)此提出了具體的意見和策略。 本文希望通過對紅色文化軟實力和紅色旅游發(fā)展的理論闡述引起公眾對紅色旅游的重視，并且通過對保定當?shù)氐募t色旅游發(fā)展提出建設(shè)性的意見能夠?qū)ζ浣窈蟮陌l(fā)展起積極的指引作用。
[Abstract]:Cultural soft power as a part of a country's comprehensive strength, its importance has become increasingly apparent. The strength of cultural soft power determines the spiritual state and cohesion of a country and even a nation. As an invisible force, cultural soft power permeates every detail of our life. The soft power of red culture plays an important role in the national system and social practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Play a more important role, especially in the capitalist world system, the development of socialist red cultural soft power for the rise and fall of our country's social ideology. The strength of national cohesion plays a decisive role. This paper mainly expounds and studies the red tourism under the soft power of red culture. In particular, the red tourism resources under the soft power of Baoding's red culture are fully analyzed and some constructive and innovative suggestions are put forward for their specific development. It can be used as a guide and reference for Baoding's red tourism economy. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the background and source of the topic, and expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the research. The research situation at home and abroad and the basic contents and main methods of the research are briefly introduced. The second part is the theory of soft power of red culture and red tourism. The theoretical basis and theoretical connotation of red cultural soft power and red tourism are explained in detail. Through the explanation and explanation of "red culture" and "cultural soft power", the paper gives a detailed explanation of "red cultural soft power". Make a systematic summary; The third part discusses the red tourism development situation of Baoding, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Baoding red tourism development, and analyzes the causes and root causes of the red tourism development. The 4th part mainly discusses the specific opinions on the development of Baoding red tourism, which provides reference and guidance for the development strategy of Baoding red tourism. Part 5th is the development of red tourism in Baoding and put forward a specific development case, as an example to confirm the corresponding development strategy and development thinking. The second part of this article. The third part and 4th part are the key chapters of the full text. Firstly, it lays a theoretical foundation for the theme thought of the full text, then analyzes the problems and causes, and puts forward some concrete suggestions and strategies accordingly. This article hopes to cause the public to attach importance to the red tourism by explaining the theory of the soft power of red culture and the development of red tourism. And through the development of Baoding local red tourism constructive advice on its future development can play a positive guiding role.
