【摘要】：以鄭汴一體化為重要支撐的中原城市群，處于我國(guó)承東啟西、連接南北的中心地位，是河南省社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展條件最為優(yōu)越、發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)最好的區(qū)域，，其發(fā)展水平將直接影響著河南省城市化進(jìn)程的實(shí)現(xiàn)。加快中原城市群發(fā)展，實(shí)施中心城市帶動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略，提升鄭州作為中國(guó)中部地區(qū)重要的中心城市地位，支持鄭汴新區(qū)加快發(fā)展，建設(shè)內(nèi)陸開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)放高地，打造“三化”協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展先導(dǎo)區(qū)，形成中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)最具活力的發(fā)展區(qū)域。優(yōu)化鄭汴產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，推進(jìn)鄭汴旅游業(yè)整合、信息資源共享，實(shí)現(xiàn)電信、金融同城，進(jìn)而加快鄭汴一體化進(jìn)程。 鄭州作為中原城市群的核心城市，目前其經(jīng)濟(jì)總量相對(duì)較小，規(guī)模比較分散，對(duì)周邊城市輻射功能影響不夠。鄭汴一體化正是實(shí)現(xiàn)中原城市群建設(shè)的突破口和示范點(diǎn)。 本文選取農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、建筑業(yè)、交通郵政、零售批發(fā)、金融、房地產(chǎn)、旅游業(yè)作為指標(biāo)，并運(yùn)用灰色系統(tǒng)理論中灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析、偏離-份額分析法和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率分析對(duì)鄭州開(kāi)封各市的經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析。結(jié)果表明，鄭汴兩地區(qū)所有產(chǎn)業(yè)中工業(yè)、旅游和建筑業(yè)與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)聯(lián)度最大；工業(yè)和旅游業(yè)在兩地區(qū)所有產(chǎn)業(yè)中經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率最大；鄭汴兩地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)中工業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力最大，但旅游業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力最弱。從研究鄭州、開(kāi)封兩個(gè)城市各自的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)狀況以及區(qū)位、資源等各種因素，并根據(jù)鄭汴一體化目前所處的發(fā)展階段而制定現(xiàn)階段鄭汴一體化的經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展重點(diǎn)，得出結(jié)論鄭汴一體化現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)是加快并整合鄭汴旅游業(yè)和實(shí)現(xiàn)鄭汴工業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，從而發(fā)揮鄭汴一體化在中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的核心帶動(dòng)作用。 由于旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)整合在鄭汴一體化中至關(guān)重要的作用，本文分析目前鄭汴一體化發(fā)展中鄭汴兩市對(duì)其旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)整合的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)，然后從旅游三大要素旅游者、旅游相關(guān)行業(yè)和旅游資源來(lái)分析鄭汴兩市的旅游整合，并制定出相應(yīng)的策略。
[Abstract]:The Central Plains Urban agglomeration, which is supported by the integration of Zhengzhou and Bian, is in the central position of connecting the east to the west, connecting the north and the south in our country. It is the region with the best social and economic development conditions and the best development foundation in Henan Province. Its level of development will directly affect the realization of urbanization in Henan Province, accelerate the development of urban agglomeration in the Central Plains, implement the strategy of driving central cities, and promote Zhengzhou as an important central city in central China. To support the rapid development of ZhengbianNew District, to build the inland open highlands, to create the "three modernizations" coordinated development pilot area, to form the most dynamic development area of the Central Plains Economic Zone, and to optimize the industrial structure of Zhengbian. To promote the integration of tourism and information resources, to realize telecommunications and finance, and to speed up the integration of Zhengzhou and Bian. As the core city of the Central Plains urban agglomeration, Zhengzhou has relatively small economic aggregate and scattered scale at present. The integration of Zhengzhou and Bian is the breakthrough and demonstration point to realize the construction of urban agglomeration in Central China. This paper selects agriculture, industry, construction, transportation post, retail and wholesale, finance, real estate, tourism as the index, and applies the grey relation analysis in the grey system theory. The economic data of Kaifeng city in Zhengzhou are systematically analyzed by the method of deviation-share analysis and the contribution rate of industry economy. The results show that all industries in Zhengzhou and Bianping areas are in the middle of industry. Tourism and construction industry are most closely related to regional economic development; Industry and tourism have the largest economic contribution among all industries in the two regions; The industrial competitiveness of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng is the largest, but the competitiveness of tourism is the weakest. From the study of the economic development level of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng, the existing industrial structure, location, resources and other factors. At the same time, according to the current development stage of the integration of Zhengzhou and Bianping, the focus of economic and industrial development of the integration of Zhengzhou and Bianping is established at the present stage. The conclusion is that the key point of the development of Zhengbianintegration is to accelerate and integrate the tourism industry and realize the transformation and upgrading of Zhengbianindustry so as to give play to the core driving effect of Zhengbianintegration in the Central Plains Economic Zone. As the integration of tourism industry plays an important role in the integration of Zhengzhou and Bian. this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the integration of tourism industry between the two cities in the development of integration of Zhengzhou and Bian. and then from the tourism three major elements of tourists. Tourism related industries and tourism resources to analyze the tourism integration of the two cities, and formulate the corresponding strategies.
