【摘要】：旅游業(yè)是各類產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合體，對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整有很大作用。認(rèn)真仔細(xì)地研究旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)中項目的風(fēng)險管理，可以科學(xué)地規(guī)劃旅游業(yè)發(fā)展及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，很好地促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)社會高速發(fā)展。旅游業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度大、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益明顯、提升就業(yè)能力強(qiáng)，對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用，利用項目管理知識管理旅游投資項目收益風(fēng)險至關(guān)重要。伴隨飛速發(fā)展的年代，旅游業(yè)和相關(guān)的一些行業(yè)的基本理論基礎(chǔ)已經(jīng)慢慢成熟，仔細(xì)認(rèn)真的學(xué)習(xí)這些基礎(chǔ)理論對我們是有很大的指導(dǎo)意義。深入理解并運(yùn)用旅游業(yè)和其相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念和定義，明確劃分旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈章各行各業(yè)之間的關(guān)系，，對我們分析旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中遇到的難題有借鑒作用。對旅游業(yè)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)和旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀深入了解，可以準(zhǔn)確找出相應(yīng)的問題和解決辦法。在對江油旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的過程中，要深入了解旅游業(yè)對江油市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、特別是旅游相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對江油市國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的制約因素和影響情況。這對江油旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為整個經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)都有重大的貢獻(xiàn)和現(xiàn)實意義。 因此，本文運(yùn)用項目管理的相關(guān)理論，采用一些分析方法，深入探究旅游效益，分析江油市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中的投資項目管理、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性。采用理論和實際結(jié)合的手段，廣泛收集了近年來江油市有關(guān)的各類經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，借助各類統(tǒng)計分析工具，著重分析江油旅游業(yè)的“收入效應(yīng)、創(chuàng)匯效應(yīng)、就業(yè)效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)和產(chǎn)業(yè)波及效應(yīng)”，本文還以乾元山景區(qū)旅游景區(qū)項目為實例，詳細(xì)分析了項目管理及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的收益關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)。得出目前江油市旅游及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，影響旅游業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)的主要因素。最終結(jié)論為：江油市有獨(dú)特的自然景觀優(yōu)美和豐富的文化底蘊(yùn)，江油市也依托這些優(yōu)厚的資源開發(fā)了一系列的旅游線路和旅游產(chǎn)品，并取得了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。文中分析得到，江油旅游業(yè)的收入、創(chuàng)匯效應(yīng)較為明顯，但就業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)、產(chǎn)業(yè)波及效應(yīng)不夠充分。江油市旅游相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資和運(yùn)營方面還有很多的工作需要深入研討和實施，才能進(jìn)一步的擴(kuò)大消費(fèi)市場，用以促進(jìn)江油市的旅游資源和諧、健康、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Tourism is a complex of all kinds of industries, which plays a great role in the adjustment of industrial structure. A careful study of the risk management of projects in the tourism industry can scientifically plan the development of tourism and the adjustment of industrial structure. It can promote the rapid development of the local economy and society. The tourism industry is closely related, the economic benefit is obvious, and the employment ability is strong, which plays an important role in the development of the regional economy. It is very important to use project management knowledge to manage the income risk of tourism investment projects. With the rapid development of the era, the basic theoretical basis of tourism and some related industries has gradually matured. To study these basic theories carefully and conscientiously is of great guiding significance to us. Deeply understand and use the concept and definition of tourism and its related industries, and clearly divide the relationship between various industries in the tourism industry chain. It can be used as a reference for us to analyze the problems encountered in the development of tourism economy, and to deeply understand the present situation of tourism industry and related industries and tourism economy development. In the process of the development of Jiangyou tourism, we should deeply understand the tourism industry to the economic development of Jiangyou city. Especially, the development of tourism-related industries has a great contribution and practical significance to the development of Jiangyou tourism economy, which has restricted the development of the national economy of Jiangyou city and affected the development of the national economy of Jiangyou city. Therefore, this paper uses the relevant theory of project management, using some analysis methods, deeply explore the tourism benefits, and analyze the investment project management in the tourism development of Jiangyou city. By means of combination of theory and practice, various kinds of economic data of Jiangyou City have been collected widely in recent years. With the help of various statistical analysis tools, the "income effect" of Jiangyou tourism industry has been analyzed emphatically. Foreign exchange earning effect, employment effect, industry correlation effect and industry ripple effect ", this article also takes the Qianyuan Mountain scenic spot scenic spot project as an example." This paper analyzes the income correlation effect of project management and related industries in detail, and obtains the current situation of tourism and related industries in Jiangyou City. The final conclusion is that Jiangyou City has unique natural landscape beauty and rich cultural heritage. Jiangyou city also relies on these excellent resources to develop a series of tourism routes and tourism products, and has achieved significant economic and social benefits. The effect of foreign exchange earnings is obvious, but employment, industrial linkages, industrial ripple effect is not sufficient. Jiangyou tourism-related industry investment and operation aspects still need to be studied and implemented in depth. In order to further expand the consumer market, to promote the tourism resources of Jiangyou harmonious, healthy, sustainable development.
