【摘要】：建設(shè)智慧景區(qū),對(duì)于景區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)化、低碳化、移動(dòng)化的管理方向,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)"智慧旅游"的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略具有重要意義。目前對(duì)于智慧景區(qū)的探討多集中于技術(shù)、管理和服務(wù)層面,尚無(wú)文獻(xiàn)從游客視角對(duì)智慧景區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行研究。本文運(yùn)用因子分析方法,構(gòu)建了基于游客的智慧景區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,提出應(yīng)該從景區(qū)智能管理系統(tǒng)、信息服務(wù)智能系統(tǒng)、智慧游覽系統(tǒng)、智慧預(yù)報(bào)系統(tǒng)、旅游電子支付、景區(qū)綜合智能系統(tǒng)、景區(qū)安全救助智能系統(tǒng)、景區(qū)智能交通系統(tǒng)和景區(qū)資源保護(hù)智能系統(tǒng)9個(gè)方面進(jìn)行智慧景區(qū)的建設(shè)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,以南京夫子廟秦淮風(fēng)光帶為例,進(jìn)行了智慧景區(qū)的實(shí)證評(píng)價(jià)。最后,對(duì)夫子廟秦淮風(fēng)光帶智慧景區(qū)建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、不足以及對(duì)策進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:The construction of intelligent scenic spots, for the scenic areas to achieve fine, low carbonization, mobile management direction. It is of great significance to realize the development strategy of "intelligent tourism". At present, the discussion of intelligent scenic spots is mainly focused on technology, management and service. There is no literature from the perspective of tourists to study the evaluation index system of intelligent scenic spots. This paper uses the method of factor analysis to construct the evaluation index system of intelligent scenic spots based on tourists and puts forward the intelligent management system of scenic spots. Intelligent information service system, intelligent sightseeing system, intelligent forecast system, tourism electronic payment, scenic area comprehensive intelligent system, scenic area security rescue intelligent system. The intelligent transportation system of scenic area and the intelligent system of resource protection of scenic spot are built in 9 aspects. On the basis of this, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to take the Qinhuai scenery belt of Nanjing Fuzi Temple as an example. Finally, the paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and countermeasures of the construction of the Qinhuai scenic spot with the wisdom of the Confucius Temple.
