【摘要】：近年來農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的快速發(fā)展為農(nóng)民增收奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),但目前面臨突出問題之一是盈余分配的不規(guī)范。文章通過對北京延慶農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的實(shí)地調(diào)查,對當(dāng)前北京延慶農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社盈余分配的主要問題進(jìn)行了剖析,并提出對策建議來規(guī)范農(nóng)民合作社盈余分配:開展合作社知識宣傳和教育,提高社員素質(zhì);規(guī)范財(cái)務(wù)管理,建立財(cái)務(wù)核算和監(jiān)督機(jī)制;完善內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu),規(guī)范利益分配方式的決定形式;調(diào)整"入社自由"原則,打破資本控制等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of farmers' professional cooperatives has laid a solid foundation for increasing farmers' income, but one of the outstanding problems is the irregular distribution of earnings. Based on the field investigation of Yanqing farmers' professional cooperatives in Beijing, this paper analyzes the main problems of surplus distribution in Beijing Yanqing farmers' professional cooperatives, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to standardize the surplus distribution of farmers' cooperatives: carrying out cooperative knowledge propaganda and education, improving the quality of members, standardizing financial management and establishing financial accounting and supervision mechanism. Improve the internal governance structure, standardize the decision form of the distribution of interests, adjust the principle of "freedom of entry", break the capital control and so on.
