【摘要】：博士后日常經(jīng)費(fèi)是保障博士后從事科學(xué)研究和生活的基本經(jīng)費(fèi)。博士后制度建立的26年間,進(jìn)行了5次調(diào)整,但還存在科研補(bǔ)助經(jīng)費(fèi)在日常經(jīng)費(fèi)中比例太低、資助規(guī)定對(duì)市場(chǎng)因素反映不足和資助經(jīng)費(fèi)偏低的問(wèn)題,博士后日常經(jīng)費(fèi)的資助需要在名稱、資助強(qiáng)度、資助模式、住房以及社會(huì)保障方面進(jìn)行改革。
[Abstract]:Post-doctoral day-to-day funds are the basic funds to ensure postdoctoral research and life. In the 26 years since the establishment of the post-doctoral system, five adjustments have been made, but there are still problems such as the low proportion of funding for scientific research subsidies in the day-to-day expenditure, the inadequate reflection of funding regulations on market factors and the low level of funding funds. Post-doctoral day-to-day funding requires reforms in terms of name, intensity, funding model, housing, and social security.
