【摘要】：研究了2007年以后我國(guó)采用與國(guó)際趨同的企業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則(會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則變革)對(duì)QFII的投資行為是否具有影響,以及這種影響是否是通過(guò)可比性的提高來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則變革后QFII投資顯著增加,分組檢驗(yàn)也驗(yàn)證了會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則變革后由于可比性的提高降低了外國(guó)投資者的信息處理成本,從而促進(jìn)了QFII投資增加的作用機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:This paper studies whether the adoption of enterprise accounting standards (changes in accounting standards) in China after 2007 has an impact on the investment behavior of QFII and whether this influence can be achieved through the improvement of comparability. It is found that the QFII investment increases significantly after the reform of accounting standards in China, and the grouping test also proves that the increase of comparability reduces the information processing cost of foreign investors after the reform of accounting standards, and thus promotes the mechanism of the increase of QFII investment.
