【摘要】：正臺(tái)灣宏基股份有限公司(以下稱宏基公司)作為世界知名的計(jì)算機(jī)跨國(guó)生產(chǎn)公司,面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)異常激烈的外部環(huán)境,不斷調(diào)整公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過(guò)內(nèi)部組織變革等手段增強(qiáng)了公司的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。學(xué)者們已從企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和組織再造等視角對(duì)宏基公司進(jìn)行了多方面的研究,但筆者注意到,關(guān)于作為公司戰(zhàn)略和業(yè)績(jī)提升重要支撐手段的管理會(huì)計(jì)在其發(fā)展過(guò)程中
