【摘要】：為解決武漢鋼鐵(集團(tuán))公司產(chǎn)品存貨賬務(wù)處理中存在的工序復(fù)雜、數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)性差和人工干預(yù)因素多等問題,在整體產(chǎn)銷資訊系統(tǒng)中,建立了鋼鐵產(chǎn)品存貨賬務(wù)自動(dòng)核算系統(tǒng)。利用生產(chǎn)存貨異動(dòng)記錄管理、生產(chǎn)存貨核算對(duì)象記錄、生產(chǎn)存貨核算邏輯控制和存貨核算啟動(dòng)功能模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品基礎(chǔ)物流數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)采集和核算的實(shí)時(shí)自動(dòng)啟動(dòng),產(chǎn)品基礎(chǔ)物流數(shù)據(jù)就源自動(dòng)采集,物流數(shù)據(jù)和拋賬信息數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換以及存貨賬務(wù)邏輯控制自動(dòng)核算、記賬和拋賬等功能,為公司績(jī)效管理提供了真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)信息。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of complicated working procedure, poor real time data and many factors of manual intervention, an automatic accounting system for inventory accounting of iron and steel products was established in the whole production and marketing information system of Wuhan Iron & Steel (Group) Company. Using the production inventory transaction record management, the production inventory accounting object record, the production inventory accounting logic control and the inventory accounting starting function module, realized the product basic logistics data automatic collection and the accounting real-time automatic start. The functions of automatic collection of product basic material flow data, automatic conversion of logistics data and transaction information data, automatic accounting of inventory account logic control, bookkeeping and selling account provide real and accurate performance management for the company.
