【摘要】：玉米是一種高產(chǎn)的糧食作物,在我國的糧食生產(chǎn)和世界糧食生產(chǎn)中都占有重要的地位。山東是我國的玉米主產(chǎn)區(qū)之一,在山東省內(nèi)建設(shè)一座大型玉米綜合深加工企業(yè),實現(xiàn)玉米就地深加工,對穩(wěn)定本地玉米價格、促進(jìn)玉米生產(chǎn)、提高玉米資源利用率具有重要的意義。 本文綜合運(yùn)用項目可行性研究、工程經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、項目風(fēng)險管理及模糊綜合評價法等各種理論和方法,密切結(jié)合華糖公司開發(fā)項目的實際情況,通過定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合、動態(tài)分析與靜態(tài)分析相結(jié)合等研究方法,從投資主體的角度,研究探討華糖公司玉米深加工項目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評價。從項目的盈利能力、投資回收期、凈現(xiàn)值和內(nèi)部收益率等方面對華糖公司玉米深加工工程項目進(jìn)行財務(wù)評價,評價其項目的可行性；運(yùn)用盈虧平衡分析、敏感性分析等項目風(fēng)險分析方法,深入分析該項目的主要風(fēng)險因素,并分析了風(fēng)險控制的相應(yīng)措施；結(jié)合該工程項目的特點,構(gòu)建了華糖公司玉米深加工項目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評價指標(biāo)體系和模糊評價模型,并應(yīng)用于實際評價中。
[Abstract]:Corn is a kind of high-yielding food crop, which plays an important role in China's grain production and world grain production. Shandong is one of the main corn producing areas in our country. In Shandong Province, a large-scale corn comprehensive deep processing enterprise will be built to realize the local deep processing of corn, which will stabilize local corn prices and promote maize production. It is of great significance to improve the utilization rate of maize resources. In this paper, various theories and methods, such as project feasibility study, engineering economics, project risk management and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, are combined with the actual situation of the development project of Huatang Company, and the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined. By combining dynamic analysis with static analysis, the economic benefit evaluation of corn deep processing project in Huasang Company was studied from the angle of investment subject. From the aspects of profitability, payback period, net present value and internal rate of return of the project, the financial evaluation of the corn deep processing project of Huasang Company is carried out, and the feasibility of the project is evaluated, and the break-even analysis is used. Sensitivity analysis and other project risk analysis methods, in-depth analysis of the main risk factors of the project, and analysis of the corresponding measures of risk control, combined with the characteristics of the project, The economic benefit evaluation index system and fuzzy evaluation model of corn processing project in Huasang Company were constructed and applied to practical evaluation.
