【摘要】：正一、鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略成本管理的背景及意義成本管理是決定企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵性因素之一,我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的成本管理主要針對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)過程,忽視了企業(yè)外部環(huán)境和企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展,以及無(wú)形的成本因素和非財(cái)務(wù)性成本信息。戰(zhàn)略成本管理正是基于這種成本管理實(shí)踐的制約而發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種管理理論和方法體系,它把戰(zhàn)略管理與成本管理相結(jié)合,從而在更高的層次和視角上來(lái)審視成本管理。
[Abstract]:First, the background and significance of strategic cost management in railway transportation enterprises is one of the key factors to determine the competitiveness of enterprises. The traditional cost management in China is mainly aimed at the internal production process of enterprises. It ignores the external environment and long-term development of enterprises as well as intangible cost factors and non-financial cost information. Strategic cost management is a kind of management theory and method system which is developed based on the restriction of cost management practice. It combines strategic management with cost management so as to examine cost management from a higher level and perspective.
