【摘要】：正一是高校財(cái)務(wù)會計(jì)教學(xué)的目標(biāo)應(yīng)該定位于根據(jù)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢,培養(yǎng)具有先進(jìn)會計(jì)專業(yè)技能,能夠勝任各部門財(cái)務(wù)會計(jì)工作、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)會計(jì)信息有效傳遞的復(fù)合型會計(jì)人才。"21世紀(jì)中的高級會計(jì)人員應(yīng)具有五種知識、六大能力。五種知識是指:會計(jì)專業(yè)知識、宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)背景知識、基礎(chǔ)知識、資本市場和營銷方面的知識、法律知識;六大功能是:賬務(wù)處理能力、分析和解決問題的能力、協(xié)調(diào)與組織能力、籌劃能力、獲取新知識的能力和創(chuàng)新能力"。會計(jì)人
