【摘要】：支付結(jié)算是市場經(jīng)濟各個主體資金清算的中介，是連接資金和經(jīng)濟活動的紐帶，是實現(xiàn)社會經(jīng)濟活動正常運行的必要手段。支付結(jié)算業(yè)務是金融機構(gòu)所提供的最基礎的金融服務業(yè)務。在社會經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展，以及金融行業(yè)競爭不斷加劇的情況下，支付結(jié)算業(yè)務的功能更加突出。 隨著中國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展銀行新疆分行業(yè)務規(guī)模的持續(xù)擴大，支付結(jié)算服務功能在保障該行業(yè)務健康、穩(wěn)步發(fā)展中會發(fā)揮更加重要的作用。當前，該行支付結(jié)算業(yè)務存在著支付結(jié)算工具偏少、結(jié)算手段單一、現(xiàn)金支付結(jié)算量仍較高等問題，對該行未來業(yè)務的進一步拓展以及提升金融競爭力，都會造成嚴重的影響。 本文對中國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展銀行新疆分行在支付結(jié)算業(yè)務存在的問題及成因進行具體分析，應用戰(zhàn)略管理的分析模型和方法，結(jié)合該行業(yè)務經(jīng)營特點，對該行的支付結(jié)算業(yè)務發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行研究，，從而確定適合該行支付結(jié)算業(yè)務下一步發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略及實施發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的相關措施。同時，利用支付結(jié)算業(yè)務在經(jīng)營管理中的重要作用，對開戶企業(yè)在支付結(jié)算方式的選擇，以及對該行收購資金的管理中，做出相應的策略。
[Abstract]:Payment and settlement is the intermediary of fund settlement in market economy, the link between fund and economic activities, and the necessary means to realize the normal operation of social and economic activities.Payment and settlement business is the most basic financial services provided by financial institutions.With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing competition in financial industry, the function of payment and settlement business is more prominent.With the continuous expansion of the business scale of the Xinjiang Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China, the function of payment and settlement service will play a more important role in ensuring the health and steady development of the bank's business.At present, there are some problems in the bank's payment and settlement business, such as the lack of payment and settlement tools, the single settlement means, the high amount of cash payment settlement, and so on, which will have a serious impact on the further expansion of the bank's future business and the promotion of financial competitiveness.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the payment and settlement business of the Xinjiang Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China, applies the analysis model and method of strategic management, and combines the characteristics of the bank's business operation.This paper studies the development strategy of the bank's payment and settlement business, so as to determine the strategy suitable for the next development of the bank's payment and settlement business and the relevant measures for the implementation of the development strategy.At the same time, taking advantage of the important role of payment and settlement business in operation and management, this paper makes a corresponding strategy for the choice of payment and settlement mode and the management of the purchase funds of the bank.
