【摘要】：隨著我國加入WTO和國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長，建筑市場環(huán)境發(fā)生了劇烈變化,施工企業(yè)的競爭日趨激烈,企業(yè)的平均盈利能力逐漸下滑。面臨嚴(yán)峻的市場形勢,建筑施工企業(yè)在實行成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略占領(lǐng)市場的同時，一定要修煉自身，強(qiáng)化項目成本管控，提高項目整體管理水平，才能有實力做到優(yōu)質(zhì)優(yōu)價，才能在激烈的市場競爭中穩(wěn)步前進(jìn)。 中國建筑第八工程局有限公司是隸屬于世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)中國建筑股份有限公司的國有大型骨干施工企業(yè)。三十年的發(fā)展已形成了自己的成本管理體系，但是以筆者的親身經(jīng)歷來分析，其在成本管理體系、成本管理認(rèn)識、成本測算、成本控制、項目信息化管理方面仍存在不少問題。本文以筆者熟悉的中建八局為研究對象，對施工企業(yè)在成本管理中存在的普遍問題提出了改進(jìn)方案，希望對給施工企業(yè)成本管理一些借鑒和幫助。 本文共分五章。第一章為緒論，，介紹了選題意義、目的及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章對中建八局的成本管理現(xiàn)狀及存在問題進(jìn)行分析，指出其在成本管理體系、成本管理認(rèn)識、成本測算及成本控制方面存在問題。第三章帶通過查閱大量文獻(xiàn)，弄清了項目管理及項目成本管理的理論及方法。第四章用理論指導(dǎo)實踐，對照中建八局項目成本管理存在的問題，提出中建八局應(yīng)在項目部成本管理組織、教育培訓(xùn)、全面成本管理、加快信息化建設(shè)方面進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。第五章為結(jié)論和展望。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO and the rapid growth of domestic economy, the environment of construction market has changed dramatically, the competition of construction enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, and the average profitability of enterprises is declining gradually. Construction enterprises in the implementation of the cost leading strategy to occupy the market at the same time, must train themselves, strengthen project cost control, improve the overall project management level, in order to have the strength to achieve high quality and high prices. In order to make steady progress in the fierce market competition. China Construction 8th Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. is a state-owned large backbone construction enterprise which belongs to China Construction Co., Ltd., one of the top 500 enterprises in the world. After 30 years' development, it has formed its own cost management system. But with the author's personal experience to analyze, its in the cost management system, cost management understanding, cost measurement, cost control. There are still many problems in the project information management. This paper takes the eighth Bureau of China Construction, which is familiar to the author, as the research object, and puts forward the improvement scheme for the common problems in the cost management of the construction enterprises. Hope to give construction enterprise cost management some reference and help. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the significance of the topic, purpose and domestic and foreign research status. Chapter two analyzes the cost management status and existing problems of the eighth Bureau of China Construction, and points out its cost management system. The third chapter makes clear the theory and method of project management and project cost management by consulting a lot of literature. Chapter 4th uses theory to guide practice. Compared with the problems existing in the project cost management of the eighth Bureau of China Construction, the paper puts forward that the eighth Bureau of China Construction should organize the cost management, education and training, and the overall cost management in the project department. Speed up the improvement of information construction. 5th chapter as the conclusion and outlook.
