【摘要】：國家大力發(fā)展物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的同時,物流成本過高問題一直很嚴峻。工業(yè)品物流,是推動整個社會物流總額增長的主動力,涉及大量工業(yè)品物流的制造企業(yè),其物流成本控制問題的研究尤為重要。 制造企業(yè)物流成本控制方面的研究,大量只是關(guān)注某些局部環(huán)節(jié)的物流成本,少量從系統(tǒng)的角度出發(fā),但大多僅局限于定性理論層面上的探討。制造企業(yè)物流成本系統(tǒng)是一個復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)中各成本因素互相影響,關(guān)系緊密,存在著效益背反現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)以系統(tǒng)的角度研究制造企業(yè)物流成本控制問題。 本文詳細分析制造企業(yè)物流成本系統(tǒng)的特點、構(gòu)成及其影響因素,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)理論,分析制造企業(yè)物流成本系統(tǒng)的因果關(guān)系,整體系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。運用AnyLogic軟件構(gòu)建制造企業(yè)物流成本系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型,從系統(tǒng)的角度整體研究制造企業(yè)物流成本系統(tǒng)。模型綜合考慮了制造企業(yè)特點,結(jié)合制造企業(yè)B的箱包拉桿業(yè)務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù),通過系統(tǒng)邊界輸入,模擬分析制造企業(yè)物流成本系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)運動過程,研究制造企業(yè)物流成本系統(tǒng)的成本控制問題。 通過模型仿真運行,分析制造企業(yè)物流總成本的波動及物流成本的主要影響因素,找到成本控制方向。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出制造企業(yè)物流成本控制策略,優(yōu)化模型系統(tǒng)參數(shù),調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)機制,分析制造企業(yè)物流成本控制策略的有效性,總結(jié)制造企業(yè)物流成本控制策略。
[Abstract]:While the country vigorously develops the logistics industry, the problem of high logistics cost has always been very severe. Industrial goods logistics, which is the main driving force to promote the total growth of the whole social logistics, involves a large number of manufacturing enterprises of industrial goods logistics. The study of logistics cost control is particularly important. The research on logistics cost control of manufacturing enterprises is only concerned about some parts of logistics costs, a small number of from the point of view of the system. However, most of them are limited to the discussion of qualitative theory. The logistics cost system of manufacturing enterprises is a complex system, in which the cost factors affect each other closely, and there exists the phenomenon of benefit backtracking. The problem of logistics cost control in manufacturing enterprises should be studied systematically. In this paper, the characteristics, composition and influencing factors of logistics cost system in manufacturing enterprises are analyzed in detail. Combined with the theory of system dynamics, the causality of logistics cost system in manufacturing enterprises is analyzed. The whole system structure. The system dynamics model of logistics cost system of manufacturing enterprise is constructed by using AnyLogic software. The logistics cost system of manufacturing enterprise is studied from the system point of view. The model considers the characteristics of manufacturing enterprise synthetically, combined with the data of box and bag pull rod business of manufacturing enterprise B, and inputs through the system boundary. The dynamic motion process of logistics cost system in manufacturing enterprises is simulated and the cost control problem of logistics cost system in manufacturing enterprises is studied. Through the simulation of the model, this paper analyzes the fluctuation of the total logistics cost of manufacturing enterprises and the main influencing factors of the logistics cost, and finds out the direction of cost control. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the logistics cost control strategy of manufacturing enterprises. Optimization of model system parameters, adjustment of system mechanism, analysis of the effectiveness of logistics cost control strategy of manufacturing enterprises, summary of manufacturing enterprises logistics cost control strategy.
