【摘要】：正2012年4月1日《事業(yè)單位財務(wù)規(guī)則》(財政部令第68號,以下簡稱《規(guī)則》)正式施行�！兑�(guī)則》是事業(yè)單位財務(wù)制度體系中的基本制度,是制定行業(yè)財務(wù)制度及事業(yè)單位內(nèi)部財務(wù)管理辦法的依據(jù),因此新《規(guī)則》發(fā)布后,高校、中小學(xué)、科學(xué)、文化、文物、體育等各行業(yè)事業(yè)單位財務(wù)制度都根據(jù)新《規(guī)則》的規(guī)定進(jìn)行了修訂完善。
