【摘要】：作為全面質量管理績效的一項重要表現(xiàn)形式,質量成本是衡量企業(yè)質量管理體系優(yōu)劣的一個重要因素。質量成本的管理和控制不僅能夠降低生產(chǎn)成本、提高經(jīng)濟效益,并且能促進企業(yè)質量管理活動地有效開展。 在總結國內(nèi)外質量成本管理理論的基礎上,以廈門信達光電為研究對象,采用理論與實證研究相結合、定量分析與定性分析相結合的研究方法,對該企業(yè)質量成本管理問題進行了系統(tǒng)性的研究,根據(jù)一系列的研究分析發(fā)現(xiàn)信達光電企業(yè)當前質量成本管理所存在的不足之處,并提出相對應的改進對策。定量分析使用的是質量成本管理的相關理論和廈門信達光電的質量成本控制的有關數(shù)據(jù),在一系列的數(shù)據(jù)分析比較中找出廈門信達光電企業(yè)在質量成本管理中所存在的一些問題：質量成本管理組織體系問題、質量成本數(shù)據(jù)的收集與核算問題、質量成本管理的現(xiàn)行機制問題。根據(jù)廈門信達光電質量成本控制的具體情況,在廈門信達光電質量成本管理的原有的基礎上進行一系列相對應的優(yōu)化,制定一套能為廈門信達光電質量成本管理解決當前問題的優(yōu)化方案。 通過廈門信達光電質量成本問題的研究可以看到光電企業(yè)質量成本管理的方面存在的普遍問題,且希望這些對策對其他光電企業(yè)具有同樣的應用價值。
[Abstract]:As an important form of performance of total quality management, quality cost is an important factor to measure the quality management system of enterprises. Quality cost management and control can not only reduce production costs. Improve economic efficiency, and can promote enterprise quality management activities to effectively carry out. On the basis of summing up the quality cost management theory at home and abroad, taking Xinda optoelectronic in Xiamen as the research object, the research method of combining theory with empirical research, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis is adopted. The quality cost management of this enterprise is systematically studied. According to a series of research and analysis, we find the shortcomings of the current quality cost management in Cinda Optoelectronic Enterprises. And the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward. The quantitative analysis uses the relevant theory of quality cost management and the quality cost control data of Xiamen Cinda Optoelectronic. In a series of data analysis and comparison to find out the Xiamen Cinda photoelectric enterprises in the quality cost management of some problems: quality cost management organization system, quality cost data collection and accounting problems. According to the concrete situation of Xiamen Cinda photoelectric quality cost control, a series of corresponding optimization is carried out on the basis of the original quality cost management of Xiamen Cinda Optoelectronic quality cost Management. A set of optimization scheme can solve the current problem for Xinda Optoelectronic quality cost Management. Through the study of Xinda Optoelectronic quality cost in Xiamen, we can see the common problems in quality cost management of optoelectronic enterprises, and hope that these countermeasures have the same application value to other optoelectronic enterprises.
