【摘要】：近年來,在高鐵走出去的背景下,鐵路合作逐漸成為中泰雙邊合作的重要內(nèi)容。然而,在美日等大國介入、泰方對互利共贏合作前景缺乏預(yù)期、泰國政治保守化等多重因素影響下,中泰鐵路合作遭遇結(jié)構(gòu)性瓶頸,可謂一波三折。面對此種情形,中泰雙方應(yīng)加強高層溝通以及商界、學(xué)術(shù)界的交流互動,同時以喜聞樂見的方式向泰國民眾宣傳中泰鐵路合作的重要性、必要性和可行性,從而形成自下而上的建設(shè)訴求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of high-speed railway going out, railway cooperation has gradually become an important content of Sino-Thai bilateral cooperation. However, with the intervention of major powers such as the United States and Japan, Thailand's lack of expectations for mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation and the political conservatism of Thailand, the Sino-Thai railway cooperation has encountered structural bottlenecks, which can be described as twists and turns. In the face of this situation, China and Thailand should strengthen high-level communication as well as exchange and interaction between business and academic circles, and publicize the importance, necessity and feasibility of Sino-Thai railway cooperation to the Thai people in a way that they like to see. Thus form the bottom-up construction appeal.
