基于規(guī)模效應(yīng)的集裝箱集散中心選址問(wèn)題建模研究

【摘要】:發(fā)展內(nèi)河運(yùn)輸勢(shì)在必行。中國(guó)已進(jìn)入擴(kuò)內(nèi)需的轉(zhuǎn)型期,而擴(kuò)內(nèi)需政策的實(shí)施效果取決于中西部物流的發(fā)展情況,因此要重點(diǎn)發(fā)展物流滿足擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需帶來(lái)的物流市場(chǎng)需求。長(zhǎng)江是滿足中西部發(fā)展的重要物流通道,主軸是長(zhǎng)江黃金水道,優(yōu)先發(fā)展水上運(yùn)輸、加大長(zhǎng)江水運(yùn)潛力的開(kāi)發(fā)、合理配置基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)資源,對(duì)于全面提升長(zhǎng)江綜合運(yùn)輸通道的能力和服務(wù)水平至關(guān)重要。發(fā)展內(nèi)河運(yùn)輸不僅是響應(yīng)擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的需要,還能為面臨內(nèi)憂外患的上海港帶來(lái)新的貨源,通過(guò)緩解上海港的運(yùn)輸壓力來(lái)提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,加快推進(jìn)上海國(guó)際航運(yùn)中心建設(shè)。 發(fā)展內(nèi)河運(yùn)輸除了加大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)投入,還需要解決資源的優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題。本文研究目的總的來(lái)說(shuō)是為適應(yīng)擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的要求,優(yōu)化長(zhǎng)江流域地區(qū)的港口等設(shè)施資源配置,以促進(jìn)上海港的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。而通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃集疏運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò),優(yōu)化配置集裝箱集散中心等方法來(lái)發(fā)展內(nèi)河運(yùn)輸就是個(gè)極好的切入點(diǎn)。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為在長(zhǎng)江流域選擇合適的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心以及貨物選擇公路或水路等集疏運(yùn)方式相結(jié)合進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸,這對(duì)降低物流成本和緩解擁堵情況都非常重要。隨后本文提出集裝箱集散中心優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)行數(shù)值實(shí)驗(yàn)來(lái)驗(yàn)證模型的可行性。針對(duì)上海港和長(zhǎng)江流域相關(guān)情況提出面向規(guī)模效應(yīng)的單向線性分布選址問(wèn)題,通過(guò)建模從選址和覆蓋范圍兩方面進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。
[Abstract]:It is imperative to develop inland river transportation. China has entered the transition period of expanding domestic demand, and the implementation effect of expanding domestic demand policy depends on the development of logistics in the central and western regions. Therefore, the emphasis should be placed on developing logistics to meet the demand of logistics market brought by expanding domestic demand. The Yangtze River is an important logistics channel to meet the development of the central and western regions. The main shaft of the Yangtze River is the golden waterway of the Yangtze River. It is very important to improve the capacity and service level of the integrated transport channel of Yangtze River in an all-round way. The development of inland water transportation is not only to respond to the need of expanding domestic demand, but also to bring new sources of goods to Shanghai Port, which faces internal and external troubles. It can improve the service quality by alleviating the transportation pressure of Shanghai Port, and accelerate the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center. The development of inland water transportation not only increases the investment in infrastructure construction, but also needs to solve the problem of optimal allocation of resources. In general, the purpose of this paper is to optimize the allocation of facilities such as ports and other facilities in order to meet the requirements of expanding domestic demand, so as to promote the further development of Shanghai Port. It is an excellent starting point to develop inland river transportation by designing and planning the distribution network of collection and distribution, optimizing the allocation of container distribution center and so on. The main research content of this paper is to select the appropriate transportation center in the Yangtze River basin and to select the collection and distribution mode of goods such as highway or waterway, which is very important to reduce the logistics cost and alleviate the congestion. Then, the optimization of container distribution center is proposed, and numerical experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of the model. This paper presents a scale-effect-oriented one-way linear distribution location problem for Shanghai Port and Yangtze River Basin, and makes an empirical analysis from two aspects of location and coverage by modeling.
