鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)集裝箱單據(jù)研究
[Abstract]:Containerized iron and water transport is an important part of the integrated transportation system. However, the transportation system of multi-sector management has been adopted in our country all the time, which to some extent has restricted the rapid development of the combined transport of hot metal. The new Chinese government has implemented a major reform. This reform is not only conducive to the healthy development of the railway itself, but also provides a good platform for railway cooperation with several other modes of transportation, and promotes the further development of China's hot metal combined transport. According to the actual problems and root causes of the container documents in China, the paper puts forward the mode of combining paper waybill with electronic document. To establish a document system to meet the needs of the development of container iron-water transport in China at this stage. First of all, from the domestic and foreign container hot metal transport analysis of the status quo, put forward the research content of the paper. According to the problems existing in container documents at present and their root causes, this paper puts forward an optimized scheme of combining paper waybill with electronic document. The information of intermodal transport is transmitted by electronic documents through a unified platform of container information through molten iron transport. Speed up the transmission and exchange of information. At the same time, the paper waybill as a document of title and container goods at the same time, to achieve the division of the rights of the parties involved. Then, the paper designs the whole paper waybill from three aspects: design idea, content design and sample design. The electronic document research includes two parts: the information management system platform structure function and the optimized electronic document content. Finally, the paper analyzes the optimized document flow, describes the pre-and post-optimization document flow through an example of the container hot metal transport export business, and compares and analyzes the document flow before and after the optimization. In addition, the paper evaluates the optimization scheme from two aspects of economic and social benefits.
