新形勢(shì)下現(xiàn)代鐵路物流產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)問(wèn)題研究
[Abstract]:With the proposal of General Secretary Xi's "Belt and Road", the preparation of the Asian Development Bank, the concepts of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Rim, and so on, the construction of infrastructure has become a growth guarantee in all parts of the country, and even in Asian countries and countries around the world. A common understanding of development. Railway infrastructure is the focus of infrastructure construction, but also the focus of national efforts. However, in recent years, the global economic pressure has not weakened, environmental regulations have been stringent, resulting in coal, steel, ore, coke and other bulk goods transport has plummeted. This brings great pressure and challenge to the traditional and conservative railway transportation. If railway freight is to stand firm in the increasingly fierce market competition and compete for more market share, the most important thing is to adapt to the development of the times, to adapt to the reform of separating government and enterprises as soon as possible, and to complete the transformation of logistics enterprises. Therefore, the design of railway freight products and related service measures will become the core content of railway logistics transformation. At present, the development and transportation of domestic railway freight service products must be coordinated by the departments of car, machine, power, electricity and vehicle, but they are still separated from the two major systems of freight transport and transportation. How to connect each link of the railway, how to develop the freight service product and the actual transportation organization, how to match the demand of the actual cargo owner more appropriately, and how to carry out the design and research of the goods transportation product more closely. Will be the future railway freight transport market research leading direction. Therefore, this paper starts with the current situation and existing problems of the main railway freight products, according to the characteristics of modern logistics products, closely revolves around the main line of railway freight transport product design-"process". In order to provide theoretical support and guidance for the reform of railway logistics, it is necessary to study systematically the product design of modern railway logistics by grasping all the links needed to discuss the main body of "product design". The main research contents are as follows: (1) from the difference between products and logistics products, this paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of railway freight logistics products, and points out the gap between current goods logistics products and actual demand. It lays a foundation for the design of railway freight logistics products. (2) starting with the relationship between modern logistics and railway logistics, the necessity and urgency of transferring the development direction of railway transportation to modern logistics are discussed. The basic advantages of the railway industry in developing modern logistics are summarized, and the basic ideas of developing modern logistics for the railway industry are well designed at the top level. It provides specific guidance and theoretical basis for the design of modern railway logistics products. (3) analyzing the demand and market orientation of railway development of modern logistics products, and putting forward the logistics products which are suitable for the current railway freight transport reform and have market competitive advantages. At the same time, some constructive suggestions on the design of logistics center based on modern logistics construction and the construction of information system are put forward. At the same time, this paper introduces the "tolerance domain" theory "SERVQUAL" model to evaluate the satisfaction degree of some modern railway logistics products with modern logistics atmosphere more scientifically. This paper analyzes the satisfaction degree of the cargo owner and the problems existing in the evaluation method of SERVQUAL.
