錢塘江航運的綜合物流體系建設研究

【摘要】:本文對國內(nèi)外內(nèi)河航運物流的發(fā)展進行了研究,分析了制約錢塘江航運發(fā)展的約束條件及發(fā)展航運物流的優(yōu)勢,提出了解決約束的方法。從基礎設施建設、信息化建設及綜合物流服務體系實施對策三方面入手對整個航運綜合物流體系進行了構建及研究。研究指出高等級航道、高過閘能力船閘、現(xiàn)代化港口碼頭、船舶設備等基礎設施建設是綜合物流服務體系構建的重要組成部分;基于綜合物流服務平臺的信息化建設及船舶通訊信息技術的應用是整個體系的技術支持;管理人才隊伍建設、基礎設施建設機制的建立、相關政策支持等實施對策是整個體系順利運行的保障。通過錢塘江航運綜合物流體系建設,使錢塘江的航運物流有進一步的發(fā)展并為后續(xù)的水路干線、鐵路、公路的聯(lián)運打下堅實的基礎。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the development of inland waterway shipping logistics at home and abroad, analyzes the restrictive conditions of Qiantang River shipping development and the advantages of developing shipping logistics, and puts forward the methods to solve the constraints. From three aspects of infrastructure construction, information construction and integrated logistics service system implementation countermeasures, the whole shipping integrated logistics system has been constructed and studied. It is pointed out that the construction of infrastructure such as high grade waterway, high capacity shiplock, modern port and wharf, ship equipment and so on is an important part of the construction of comprehensive logistics service system. The information construction based on the integrated logistics service platform and the application of ship communication information technology are the technical support of the whole system. The construction of management talent team, the establishment of infrastructure construction mechanism, and the relevant policy support are the guarantee of the smooth operation of the whole system. Through the construction of Qiantang River shipping comprehensive logistics system, the shipping logistics of Qiantang River can be further developed and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent transport of waterways, railways and highways.
