【摘要】：在內(nèi)蒙古出租車行業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在很多問題,例如:從業(yè)人員服務意識不高,經(jīng)營權不清晰,非法營運車輛過多,新型業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展帶來的沖擊等。這些問題的出現(xiàn),和管理制度落后、監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)自身缺失等有極大的關系。內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)為了實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定發(fā)展、城市文明建設以及交通運輸業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,對出租車行業(yè)加大監(jiān)管力度勢在必行。本文首先對國內(nèi)外出租車行業(yè)管制研究現(xiàn)狀進行梳理,其次闡述了出租車行業(yè)政府監(jiān)管的相關理論,然后在此基礎上對內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)出租車行業(yè)政府監(jiān)管問題進行分析與探討。論文在探討過程中,指出針對政府監(jiān)管方面,主要從市場準入條件、出租車數(shù)量、價格以及服務等方面出發(fā)進行分析。除此之外,還對內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)出租車具體發(fā)展情況進行了分析,比如:出租車的數(shù)量分析、出租車經(jīng)營權類型等方面進行分析。在實際分析與探討的基礎上,了解內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)出租車行業(yè)政府監(jiān)管中存在的問題,進而根據(jù)其存在問題找出原因,從而總結出未來內(nèi)蒙古出租車行業(yè)政府監(jiān)管的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:There are many problems in the development of taxi industry in Inner Mongolia, such as: the service consciousness of the employees is not high, the right of operation is not clear, the illegal operation vehicles are too many, and the impact brought by the development of the new type of business. The emergence of these problems has a great relationship with the backward management system and the lack of supervision system itself. In order to realize the stable development of economy, the construction of urban civilization and the healthy development of transportation, it is imperative to strengthen the supervision of taxi industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. In this paper, the domestic and foreign taxi industry regulation research status quo is first combed, then elaborated the taxi industry government supervision related theory, then carries on the analysis and the discussion to the Inner Mongolia area taxi profession government supervision question. In the process of discussion, the paper points out that in view of the government supervision, it mainly analyzes the market access conditions, taxi quantity, price and service, and so on. In addition, the development of taxis in Inner Mongolia is analyzed, such as the analysis of the number of taxis, the types of taxi management rights and so on. On the basis of practical analysis and discussion, this paper understands the problems existing in the government supervision of taxi industry in Inner Mongolia, and then finds out the causes according to the existing problems, and sums up the countermeasures and suggestions for the future government supervision of taxi industry in Inner Mongolia.
