【摘要】：水運是國際運輸體系目前最為經(jīng)濟的運輸方式。隨著現(xiàn)代物流理論和現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理念的普及,港口企業(yè)由作為單一運輸中轉(zhuǎn)節(jié)點的傳統(tǒng)貨運業(yè)向集運輸、加工增值、商貿(mào)、金融、信息于一體的現(xiàn)代航運服務(wù)業(yè)方向發(fā)展。在這一背景下,港口在社會供應(yīng)鏈中的角色已發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型,在不斷變化的國際國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟環(huán)境中適者生存,打造核心競爭力,對于港口自身乃至區(qū)域經(jīng)濟高效快速健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,都有積極意義。 本文以龍口港為研究對象,實地調(diào)研并大量查閱相關(guān)資料,充分利用SWOT分析法和灰色預(yù)測模型,系統(tǒng)分析了龍口港內(nèi)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境,認清龍口港發(fā)展面臨的機會、威脅、優(yōu)勢、劣勢,提出了龍口港的發(fā)展目標和總體規(guī)劃。 根據(jù)“十二五”期間我國港口行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢和龍口港近階段發(fā)展的自身定位,本文制定了煤炭、鋁礬土、石油化工、金屬礦石、水泥、木材及木片、糧食、集裝箱發(fā)展規(guī)劃,提出了現(xiàn)階段龍口港要成為現(xiàn)代化億噸港口,可采取資源開發(fā)對策、港口建設(shè)對策、經(jīng)營管理對策、臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)對策、人力資源對策、信息技術(shù)對策,并通過事前控制、事中控制、事后控制實時監(jiān)督對策的執(zhí)行。 現(xiàn)代港口發(fā)展對策研究是一個龐大的系統(tǒng)工程,涉及諸多學科與領(lǐng)域。本文將現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理論、現(xiàn)代物流理論、灰色系統(tǒng)理論和港口企業(yè)發(fā)展實際有機結(jié)合,所采取的研究方法、研究思路和部分發(fā)展對策,對于推動和龍口港相似港口企業(yè)實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型具有一定參考價值。
[Abstract]:Water transportation is the most economical mode of transportation in the international transportation system at present. With the popularization of modern logistics theory and modern enterprise management concept, port enterprises have developed from traditional freight transport industry as a single transit node to modern shipping service industry, which integrates transportation, processing value-added, trade, finance and information. In this context, the role of ports in the social supply chain has been changed, to achieve the transformation, in the constantly changing international and domestic economic environment for the survival of the fittest, to build the core competitiveness, For the port itself and even for the rapid and healthy development of regional economy, there is a positive significance. This article takes Longkou Port as the research object, investigates and consults the related data in the field, fully utilizes the SWOT analysis method and the gray forecast model, systematically analyzes the internal and external development environment of the Longkou Port, recognizes the opportunity, the threat, the superiority of the development of the Longkou Port. Inferior position, put forward the development target and overall plan of Longkou port. According to the development trend of port industry in our country during the 12th Five-Year Plan and the orientation of Longkou Port's recent development, this paper formulates the development plan of coal, bauxite, petrochemical industry, metal ore, cement, wood and wood chips, grain and container. It is put forward that Longkou Port should become a modern port of 100 million tons at present, which can be controlled by means of resource development, port construction, management, industry, human resources, information technology, etc. Control in the event, control after the implementation of real-time monitoring countermeasures. The modern port development countermeasure research is a huge system engineering, involves many disciplines and the domain. In this paper, the modern enterprise management theory, modern logistics theory, grey system theory and the actual development of port enterprises are organically combined, the research methods, research ideas and some development countermeasures are adopted. It has certain reference value for promoting the strategic transformation of port enterprises similar to Longkou Port.
