【摘要】：目前我國(guó)交通建設(shè)投入大量資金建設(shè)公路項(xiàng)目,但是由于造價(jià)管理不善造成了大量資金的浪費(fèi)。因此，如何對(duì)公路項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效的造價(jià)控制顯得非常重要。開(kāi)展對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)階段的造價(jià)控制以及對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)階段造價(jià)控制的研究已是迫在眉睫。本文就公路項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段造價(jià)控制不足進(jìn)行研究并提出改進(jìn)措施。 本文綜述了公路項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段造價(jià)控制在國(guó)內(nèi)外的應(yīng)用以及研究的現(xiàn)狀，分析了目前我國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)階段造價(jià)控制存在的問(wèn)題，闡述了研究設(shè)計(jì)階段造價(jià)控制的意義，及設(shè)計(jì)階段中初步設(shè)計(jì)階段和施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段的工作內(nèi)容以及設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)管理的概念和內(nèi)容。設(shè)計(jì)管理的內(nèi)容包括設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理和設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度控制兩個(gè)方面，劃分了設(shè)計(jì)階段造價(jià)控制的工作流程，分析了設(shè)計(jì)階段造價(jià)控制的目標(biāo)。運(yùn)用價(jià)值工程原理和AHP模糊綜合評(píng)判法對(duì)初步設(shè)計(jì)中的設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了比選，并分別闡述了價(jià)值工程、限額設(shè)計(jì)、全壽命周期費(fèi)用的概念以及在設(shè)計(jì)階段應(yīng)用的重大意義。將限額設(shè)計(jì)用于設(shè)計(jì)方案比選。構(gòu)建了模型的建設(shè)條件和目標(biāo)，研究了設(shè)計(jì)階段影響造價(jià)控制的因素，確定影響因素權(quán)重，利用價(jià)值工程法進(jìn)行價(jià)值系數(shù)計(jì)算。結(jié)果顯示價(jià)值系數(shù)越大的工程價(jià)值越高，依托實(shí)際工程實(shí)例，驗(yàn)證價(jià)值系數(shù)的可靠性并得出一個(gè)最優(yōu)方案。針對(duì)目前限額設(shè)計(jì)的不足，對(duì)限額設(shè)計(jì)提出了改進(jìn)措施。提出了在設(shè)計(jì)管理過(guò)程中有效改進(jìn)造價(jià)控制的措施。 本研究的提出，為我國(guó)公路項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段造價(jià)控制提供了理論依據(jù)，，其研究?jī)?nèi)容具有一定的理論借鑒和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:At present, a large amount of funds are invested in the construction of highway projects in our country, but the poor cost management results in the waste of a large amount of funds. Therefore, how to carry on the effective cost control to the highway project is very important. It is urgent to carry out the research on the cost control in the design stage and the cost control in the design stage. In this paper, the insufficient cost control in the design stage of highway project is studied and the improvement measures are put forward. This paper summarizes the application of cost control in the design stage of highway project at home and abroad as well as the present research situation, analyzes the problems existing in the cost control in the design phase of our country at present, and expounds the significance of the cost control in the stage of research and design. And the concept and content of the design management of the design project and the design content of the preliminary design stage and the construction drawing design stage in the design phase. The content of design management includes two aspects: design quality management and design schedule control. The work flow of cost control in design stage is divided and the goal of cost control in design phase is analyzed. By using the principle of value engineering and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of AHP, the design schemes in the preliminary design are compared and selected, and the concepts of value engineering, quota design, life cycle cost and the significance of their application in the design stage are expounded respectively. Use quota design for design scheme comparison. The construction conditions and objectives of the model are constructed, the factors influencing the cost control in the design stage are studied, the weight of the influencing factors is determined, and the value coefficient is calculated by using the value engineering method. The results show that the higher the value coefficient is, the higher the engineering value is. The reliability of the value coefficient is verified and an optimal scheme is obtained based on the actual engineering examples. Aiming at the deficiency of quota design at present, the improvement measures of quota design are put forward. The measures to improve the cost control in the process of design management are put forward. The research provides a theoretical basis for the cost control of highway project design in China, and its research content has certain theoretical reference and practical application value.
