公路項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段的造價(jià)控制研究
[Abstract]:At present, a large amount of funds are invested in the construction of highway projects in our country, but the poor cost management results in the waste of a large amount of funds. Therefore, how to carry on the effective cost control to the highway project is very important. It is urgent to carry out the research on the cost control in the design stage and the cost control in the design stage. In this paper, the insufficient cost control in the design stage of highway project is studied and the improvement measures are put forward. This paper summarizes the application of cost control in the design stage of highway project at home and abroad as well as the present research situation, analyzes the problems existing in the cost control in the design phase of our country at present, and expounds the significance of the cost control in the stage of research and design. And the concept and content of the design management of the design project and the design content of the preliminary design stage and the construction drawing design stage in the design phase. The content of design management includes two aspects: design quality management and design schedule control. The work flow of cost control in design stage is divided and the goal of cost control in design phase is analyzed. By using the principle of value engineering and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of AHP, the design schemes in the preliminary design are compared and selected, and the concepts of value engineering, quota design, life cycle cost and the significance of their application in the design stage are expounded respectively. Use quota design for design scheme comparison. The construction conditions and objectives of the model are constructed, the factors influencing the cost control in the design stage are studied, the weight of the influencing factors is determined, and the value coefficient is calculated by using the value engineering method. The results show that the higher the value coefficient is, the higher the engineering value is. The reliability of the value coefficient is verified and an optimal scheme is obtained based on the actual engineering examples. Aiming at the deficiency of quota design at present, the improvement measures of quota design are put forward. The measures to improve the cost control in the process of design management are put forward. The research provides a theoretical basis for the cost control of highway project design in China, and its research content has certain theoretical reference and practical application value.
