超效率Gini方法在城市交通行業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù)中的研究

【摘要】:本文基于超效率數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(SE-DEA:Super Efficiency Data Envelopment Analysis)對城市交通行業(yè)的運營面板數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,利用Gini系數(shù)提高了SE-DEA的判別能力,得到了綜合效率值,降低了傳統(tǒng)DEA效率易受指標維數(shù)影響的缺陷,避免了同時出現(xiàn)多個有效評價結(jié)果,而且可以保證該方法總有可行解,在提升DEA方法判別能力的同時有效降低主觀因素對評價結(jié)果的影響。通過分析全國31個城市2006年到2012年的公共交通面板數(shù)據(jù),利用SE-DEA-Gini方法對公共交通行業(yè)進行客觀的績效評價,得到了全面評價城市公共交通的綜合效率,在此結(jié)果上提出了可行的建議,指出了各城市公共交通發(fā)展中存在的問題,為保證優(yōu)先發(fā)展城市公共交通戰(zhàn)略的順利實施提供了決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the super-efficiency data envelopment analysis (SE-DEA-Super Efficiency Data Envelopment Analysis), this paper analyzes the operation panel data of the urban transportation industry, improves the discriminant ability of SE-DEA by using the Gini coefficient, and obtains the comprehensive efficiency value. It reduces the defect that the traditional DEA efficiency is easily affected by the dimension of the index, avoids many effective evaluation results at the same time, and can guarantee the feasible solution of the method. In addition to improving the discriminant ability of DEA method, the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation results is reduced effectively. By analyzing the public transport panel data of 31 cities in China from 2006 to 2012, and using the SE-DEA-Gini method to evaluate the performance of public transport industry objectively, the comprehensive efficiency of urban public transport is comprehensively evaluated. Some feasible suggestions are put forward and the problems existing in the development of urban public transport are pointed out, which provides a decision basis for the successful implementation of the strategy of giving priority to the development of urban public transport.
