【摘要】：國際貿(mào)易的不平衡,導(dǎo)致世界各地進出口箱量和箱型不平衡,由此產(chǎn)生了大量的空箱調(diào)運和空箱租賃費用。由此,高效率地組織空箱的調(diào)配,提高集裝箱空箱的調(diào)運效率和自有空箱的利用率對船公司的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,使空箱調(diào)運問題成為國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界研究的熱點。但是目前對海陸聯(lián)運下的空箱調(diào)運問題研究不夠成熟,隨著門到門服務(wù)的發(fā)展,海陸聯(lián)運下的空箱調(diào)運問題研究顯得越來越重要。 本文從班輪公司的角度出發(fā),針對由于貿(mào)易不平衡引發(fā)的跨地區(qū)空箱調(diào)運問題,綜合運用運籌優(yōu)化方法、不確定理論、系統(tǒng)仿真等方法,提出了海陸聯(lián)運下的運籌優(yōu)化模型和解模方法。論文采取兩階段建模,優(yōu)先滿足確定性空箱需求,再考慮隨機性空箱需求的滿足,同時設(shè)置了海上運力限制和可租箱量限制,更符合客觀實際。最后通過算例驗證,分析了空箱調(diào)運計劃期長度的選取和空箱調(diào)運相關(guān)費率的變化對空箱調(diào)運總成本的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,選取合適長度的計劃期有利于制定合理高效的空箱調(diào)運決策方案,達到控制班輪公司箱運管理成本的目的。同時,班輪公司應(yīng)注意控制租箱成本和空箱調(diào)運成本,盡量通過提高自有空箱調(diào)運效率來滿足空箱需求。 本文研究成果將對班輪公司整體空箱運營成本優(yōu)化提供有益的理論支持和方法參考。通過參數(shù)輸入可以得到具體的海陸運調(diào)運策略、租箱策略和儲箱策略,可輔助支持船公司實際運營過程中空箱調(diào)運策略的制定,具有一定的實際意義。
[Abstract]:The imbalance of international trade leads to a large number of empty boxes and empty box leases in the world, resulting in a large number of empty box and empty box leasing costs. Therefore, it is very important to organize the empty boxes efficiently and improve the efficiency of empty container transportation and the utilization of empty boxes for the development of the ship company. It is a hot topic in academic circles at home and abroad. But at present, the research on the problem of empty box transportation under sea land combined transport is not mature enough. With the development of door to door service, the research of empty box transportation under sea land combined transport is becoming more and more important.
From the angle of liner company, this paper, aiming at the problem of trans regional empty box transportation caused by trade imbalance, combined the methods of operational research optimization, uncertainty theory, system simulation and so on, puts forward the optimization model and model method of operation and optimization under sea land combined transportation. The thesis takes two stages of modeling to give priority to satisfying the deterministic empty box demand and retest. Considering the satisfaction of random empty box demand, at the same time setting up the limit of maritime transport capacity and the limit of the quantity of the renting box, it is more in line with the objective reality. Finally, through a numerical example, the selection of the length of the empty box planning period and the change of the related rate of empty box transportation to the total cost of the empty box transportation are analyzed. The results show that the plan of the appropriate length is selected. At the same time, the liner company should pay attention to controlling the cost of the rental box and the cost of empty box transportation, and try to meet the empty box demand by improving the efficiency of the empty box transportation.
The results of this study will provide useful theoretical support and method reference for the overall empty box operation cost optimization of the liner company. Through the input of parameters, the specific strategy of sea land transportation and transportation can be obtained. The renting box strategy and storage strategy can support the formulation of the empty box transportation strategy in the actual operation process of the ship company, which has certain practical significance.
