【摘要】：根據(jù)港口建設(shè)的特點(diǎn),從投資者和決策者的角度,提出港口建設(shè)項目后評價重點(diǎn)關(guān)注內(nèi)容。以某商品汽車碼頭工程為例,通過案例分析和關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的對比,將后評價理論應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工作當(dāng)中。實(shí)踐表明,港口建設(shè)項目后評價對于指導(dǎo)和完善港口的投資決策機(jī)制具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of port construction, from the point of view of investors and decision makers, the emphasis of post-evaluation of port construction project is put forward. Taking a commercial automobile wharf project as an example, the post-evaluation theory is applied to practical work through case analysis and comparison of key indicators. The practice shows that the post-evaluation of port construction project is of great significance for guiding and perfecting the decision-making mechanism of port investment.
