【摘要】：近年來，隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，社會(huì)和客戶迫切有增加消防安全方面的要求，主要工業(yè)企業(yè)越來越重視消防安全工程。隨著消防工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，項(xiàng)目所面對得不確定因素也越來越多。由于工程規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，由于各種各樣的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)造成的損失也不斷擴(kuò)大，因此，對消防工程項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提出的要求又更深了一步。項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的傳統(tǒng)方式已經(jīng)完全無法與現(xiàn)在的市場發(fā)展需要相適應(yīng)。故而需要對消防工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行較深入的研究，對于消防工程總承包商進(jìn)行有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理，具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 在本研究中，重點(diǎn)在于消防工程公司在建項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問題。以理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的研究方法，首先在國內(nèi)和國際數(shù)據(jù)收集和文獻(xiàn)閱讀的基礎(chǔ)上，整體結(jié)合已經(jīng)存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論為主要依據(jù)，通過現(xiàn)有的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理模型應(yīng)用到消防工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中，結(jié)合國內(nèi)和國外學(xué)術(shù)界和行業(yè)內(nèi)的研究總結(jié)和評述確定論文的研究空白和研究課題。以公司的在建北京地鐵6號(hào)線作為一個(gè)特殊個(gè)案來進(jìn)行研究，，詳細(xì)完整的分析了工業(yè)消防工程項(xiàng)目中如何識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、如何分析風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、如何應(yīng)對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和如何控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的整個(gè)過程，并對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論進(jìn)行升華，創(chuàng)造性的提出了全新的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理策略。 在本研究中，以具有創(chuàng)新性的進(jìn)行整個(gè)過程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。綜合分析工業(yè)消防工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理理論和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論，并且把這些理論應(yīng)用于工作實(shí)踐當(dāng)中去，以提高工業(yè)消防工程企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平。經(jīng)過研究得出的主要結(jié)論是，工業(yè)消防工程承包商要有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的先進(jìn)理念，重視系統(tǒng)識(shí)別所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。以消防工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)踐來指導(dǎo)日常工作，對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行整個(gè)過程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理，根據(jù)工程項(xiàng)目需要改變管理制度，有效的監(jiān)控和管理項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the society and customers have an urgent need to increase fire safety, the main industrial enterprises pay more and more attention to fire safety engineering. With the continuous expansion of fire engineering construction project scale, the project faces more and more uncertain factors. Because of the continuous expansion of the project scale and the loss caused by various risks, the requirements for the risk management of the fire protection project are further advanced. The traditional way of project risk management has been completely unable to adapt to the needs of current market development. Therefore, it is necessary to study the risk management of fire engineering project in depth, which has important theoretical and practical significance for the effective risk management of the general contractor of fire engineering. In this study, the focus is on the risk management of the fire engineering project under construction. Based on the research method of combining theory and practice, firstly, on the basis of domestic and international data collection and literature reading, the whole combination of existing risk management theory as the main basis. By applying the existing risk management model to the fire engineering construction project and combining the domestic and foreign academic circles and industry research summary and comment to determine the research blank and research topic. Taking the construction of Beijing Metro Line 6 as a special case study, the paper analyzes in detail how to identify the risk, how to analyze the risk, how to deal with the risk and how to control the risk in the industrial fire engineering project. And to the risk management theory sublimation, creatively proposed the brand-new risk management strategy. In this study, the risk management of the whole process is carried out innovatively. This paper comprehensively analyzes the project management theory and risk management theory of industrial fire engineering construction project, and applies these theories to work practice in order to improve the risk management level of industrial fire engineering enterprise. The main conclusion of the research is that the industrial fire engineering contractor should have the advanced idea of risk management and pay attention to the risk faced by the system identification. The practice of fire engineering construction project management is used to guide the daily work, to carry out the whole process risk management of the project, to change the management system according to the need of the project, and to effectively monitor and manage the project risk.
