【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì)是一個(gè)以知識(shí)和經(jīng)濟(jì)為時(shí)代背景的社會(huì)。隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展和全球化進(jìn)程的加劇,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。員工作為企業(yè)的核心,越來(lái)越受到社會(huì)和企業(yè)管理層的重視。作為人力資源管理的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,培訓(xùn)在提升員工技能和素質(zhì)、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等方面作用顯著。因此,企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)在人力資源管理中占據(jù)著越來(lái)越重要的地位,已經(jīng)逐漸成為各企業(yè)發(fā)展和員工個(gè)人發(fā)展的共同選擇。面對(duì)全球化的員工培訓(xùn)浪潮,如何根據(jù)企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況制定適宜的員工培訓(xùn)體系也逐漸成為人力資源管理框架中重要的課題之一。因此,本文選擇研究濟(jì)南公交員工培訓(xùn)問(wèn)題具有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先歸納總結(jié)了員工培訓(xùn)的含義,對(duì)員工培訓(xùn)的概念進(jìn)行了界定,然后描述了員工培訓(xùn)的特征,闡述了員工培訓(xùn)的作用。從多個(gè)方面說(shuō)明了培訓(xùn)帶來(lái)的益處,當(dāng)然,培訓(xùn)的根本著眼點(diǎn)是受訓(xùn)者知識(shí)、技能、態(tài)度的明顯改善所帶來(lái)的工作效能和效率的提高以及培訓(xùn)所產(chǎn)生的明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和企業(yè)文化效應(yīng)。然后回顧了與員工培訓(xùn)相關(guān)的理論,像人力資本理論、一般培訓(xùn)和特殊培訓(xùn)理論、終身教育理論和學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論等,通過(guò)對(duì)理論的回顧,為下文的分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。然后在理論基礎(chǔ)上,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了濟(jì)南公交,指出了濟(jì)南公交員工培訓(xùn)的特殊性和意義。剖析了濟(jì)南公交員工培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀,指出目前員工培訓(xùn)存在的問(wèn)題是:對(duì)員工培訓(xùn)重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)不足;培訓(xùn)師資力量不足;培訓(xùn)形式相對(duì)單一;培訓(xùn)缺乏后期跟蹤評(píng)估;缺乏對(duì)員工職業(yè)生涯的規(guī)劃等。進(jìn)而透過(guò)現(xiàn)象看本質(zhì),找出了問(wèn)題背后的深層次原因,如歷史因素、制度和體制因素等。最后,本文就如何解決濟(jì)南公交員工培訓(xùn)問(wèn)題提出了自己的建議,即更新培訓(xùn)理念,提高對(duì)培訓(xùn)重要性的認(rèn)識(shí);加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè);開(kāi)展形式多樣的員工培訓(xùn);改善公司培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估工作;完善員工培訓(xùn)體系,促進(jìn)員工職業(yè)生涯管理。
[Abstract]:Today's society is a society with knowledge and economy as its background. With the development of information technology and the aggravation of globalization, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. As an important part of human resource management, training plays an important role in improving the skills and quality of employees and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. Employee training is playing an increasingly important role in human resource management, and has gradually become a common choice for the development of enterprises and the individual development of employees. How to make an appropriate staff training system according to the actual situation of enterprises has gradually become one of the important topics in the framework of human resources management. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance for this paper to choose to study the training of Jinan bus employees. This paper first summarizes the meaning of employee training, defines the concept of employee training, then describes the characteristics of employee training, expounds the role of employee training. The fundamental focus of training is the knowledge and skills of the trainees, The obvious improvement of attitude brings about the improvement of work efficiency and efficiency, and the obvious economic benefit and enterprise culture effect of training. Then it reviews the theories related to employee training, such as the theory of human capital, General training and special training theory, lifelong education theory and learning organization theory, through the review of the theory, laid a theoretical foundation for the following analysis. This paper points out the particularity and significance of Jinan bus staff training, analyzes the present situation of Jinan bus staff training, and points out that the problems existing in the current staff training are: insufficient understanding of the importance of staff training, lack of training teachers, and lack of training staff. The form of training is relatively single, the training lacks the follow-up evaluation of the later period, the lack of planning of the employee's career, and so on. Then through the phenomenon to look at the essence, it finds out the deep-seated reasons behind the problem, such as historical factors, institutional and institutional factors, etc. Finally, This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the problem of Jinan bus staff training, that is, to renew the training concept, to raise the awareness of the importance of training, to strengthen the construction of training teachers, to carry out various forms of staff training, and to improve the training of staff in various forms. Improve the evaluation of the company's training results; improve the staff training system to promote the career management of employees.
