【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)的發(fā)展，各個(gè)行業(yè)內(nèi)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈，航空業(yè)尤為明顯，各大占據(jù)市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)先地位的航空企業(yè)為了保持業(yè)績(jī)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)，從而將大量的資本運(yùn)作于建設(shè)民航設(shè)施和增加機(jī)隊(duì)規(guī)模，隨著這樣的舉措逐步的實(shí)施，航空企業(yè)的成本越來(lái)越高，并成為航空企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。航空公司管理者在尋求成本控制的道路上，逐步探索出一套低成本運(yùn)營(yíng)策略。改革開放以來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)和人們思想方式的轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)杏隽说统杀竞娇瞻l(fā)展的土壤，航空運(yùn)輸從高端人群的需求轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇蟊娀男枨�。在低成本航空領(lǐng)域，成本的降低主要是依靠高密度座位、提高飛機(jī)利用率、統(tǒng)一機(jī)隊(duì)組成和較少的人力資源開支。在各個(gè)方面低成本航空公司都致力于降低成本來(lái)提高企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)。 西部航空有限公司成立于2006年，由海航集團(tuán)出資并控股。隨著近年來(lái)民航運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的蓬勃發(fā)展，西部航空實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)的飛機(jī)已達(dá)11架，在重慶地區(qū)的市場(chǎng)占有率呈逐年上升趨勢(shì)，并且已經(jīng)具備一定的綜合影響力。雖然國(guó)內(nèi)民航市場(chǎng)正在飛速的增長(zhǎng)，西部航空有限公司的年?duì)I業(yè)額增長(zhǎng)量與民航市場(chǎng)的年增長(zhǎng)量還有一定的差距，，這就需要在經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理上解決一些棘手的問(wèn)題。隨著“民航十二五規(guī)劃”的提出以及民航企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)組織模式的改變，西部航空以及海航集團(tuán)遇到了諸多的困難。建立一套適合西部航空自身特點(diǎn)和低成本運(yùn)營(yíng)管理模式有助于提高西部航空的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，并且能夠使西部航空成為區(qū)域性航空領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。本文以低成本運(yùn)營(yíng)管理模式理論為依據(jù)，并結(jié)合重慶民航市場(chǎng)環(huán)境，為海航集團(tuán)西部航空有限公司的改革和發(fā)展提供了一些探索與思考。
[Abstract]:With the development of our society, competition in various industries is becoming more and more fierce, especially in the aviation industry. In order to maintain the sustained growth of performance, the major aviation enterprises occupying the leading position in the market, As a result, a large amount of capital will be used to build civil aviation facilities and increase the size of the air fleet. With the gradual implementation of such measures, the cost of aviation enterprises will become higher and higher. And become the bottleneck of the development of aviation enterprises. Airline managers in the way of seeking cost control, The rapid economic growth since the reform and opening up and the change in people's thinking have given birth to the soil of low-cost aviation development. Air transportation has shifted from a high-end demand to a popular one. In low-cost aviation, cost reduction is largely dependent on high-density seating to improve aircraft utilization. Uniform fleet composition and lower human resources costs. In all respects, low-cost airlines are committed to reducing costs to increase corporate profits. Western Airlines Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, funded and controlled by HNA Group. With the booming development of the civil aviation transportation market in recent years, the number of aircraft actually operated by Western Airlines has reached 11. The market share in Chongqing has been increasing year by year, and it already has a certain comprehensive influence. Although the domestic civil aviation market is growing rapidly, There is still a certain gap between the annual turnover growth of Western Airlines and the annual growth of the civil aviation market. With the introduction of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Civil Aviation and the change of the organizational model of civil aviation enterprises, Western Airlines and HNA Group have encountered many difficulties. It is helpful to improve the market competitiveness of West China Airlines by establishing a set of operating and management models suitable for Western Airlines' own characteristics and low cost. This paper is based on the theory of low-cost operation and management model, and combined with Chongqing civil aviation market environment. It provides some exploration and thinking for the reform and development of HNA Western Airlines Co., Ltd.
