【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展,連同物流產(chǎn)業(yè)也高速發(fā)展,港口之間由點與點的競爭關系逐漸變?yōu)榘劭诘任锪鞴?jié)點的物流鏈競爭。集疏運系統(tǒng)在港口物流供應鏈競爭中處于至關重要的地位。鐵路、公路、水運,管道及相應的交通樞紐組成了港口集疏運系統(tǒng),其有效銜接了港口與港口腹地,并及時的疏散和集中港口的貨物。同時,港口集疏運系統(tǒng)也是港口賴以生存和發(fā)展的重要外部因素。只有具備完備與通暢的集疏運系統(tǒng),港口才有可能成為綜合交通運輸網(wǎng)中的交通樞紐。 本文首先圍繞港口集疏運系統(tǒng)展開論述,從三個方面對港口集疏運系統(tǒng)進行分析,即內部、外部以及銜接系統(tǒng),詳細全面的分析了天津港二碼頭(TJET)集疏運系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,研究了天津二碼頭總體概況、腹地經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與交通狀況,通過對公路和鐵路等集疏運子系統(tǒng)及其相互關系進行了分析比較。利用TJET的吞吐量的統(tǒng)計資料和天津市GDP統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),通過二次平滑法定量預測和運輸強度法定性預測TJET未來幾年港口吞吐量,并結合腹地交通運輸發(fā)展規(guī)劃,對公路、鐵路集疏運量等進行了合理的預測。在對集疏運優(yōu)化方法的選擇上,基于廣義成本的集疏運系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)組織優(yōu)化研究,明確的提出了集疏運運輸成本,轉運成本,時間成本的計算模型,確立了基于廣義費用最小的集疏運系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)組織優(yōu)化模型。根據(jù)天津港二碼頭集疏運系統(tǒng)分析及預測結果,提出天津港二碼頭集疏運系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的設想和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, along with the rapid development of logistics industry, The relationship between ports from point to point competition has gradually changed into the competition of logistics chain including port and other logistics nodes. The distribution system plays an important role in the competition of port logistics supply chain. The pipeline and the corresponding transportation hub constitute the port collecting and distributing system, which effectively connects the port with the port hinterland, and evacuates and centralizes the cargo of the port in a timely manner. At the same time, The port transportation system is also an important external factor for the survival and development of the port. Only with a complete and unobstructed transportation system can the port become the transportation hub in the integrated transportation network. This paper first discusses the port transportation system, analyzes the port transportation system from three aspects, that is, internal, external and connecting systems, and analyzes the development status of TJETs in Tianjin Port No. 2 Wharf in detail and roundly. The general situation of Tianjin No. 2 Wharf, the present situation of economic development and traffic in the hinterland are studied. Based on the analysis and comparison of highway and railway transportation subsystems and their relationships, this paper makes use of the statistical data of TJET throughput and Tianjin GDP statistics. The port throughput of TJET in the next few years is predicted by the second smoothing legal quantity prediction and the transport intensity method, and combined with the hinterland transportation development plan, the highway, On the choice of optimization method of collecting and distributing transportation, the production organization optimization of collecting and distributing system based on generalized cost is studied, and the transportation cost and transportation cost of collecting and distributing transportation are clearly put forward. Based on the calculation model of time cost, the production organization optimization model of collecting and distributing system based on the minimum generalized cost is established. According to the analysis and forecast results of the gathering and distributing system of Tianjin Port No. 2 Terminal, This paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the development of the collection and distribution system of Tianjin Port No. 2 Wharf.
