企業(yè)生態(tài)位競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的選擇研究——以湖北省港口群為例

【摘要】:基于生態(tài)位理論構(gòu)建了企業(yè)的生態(tài)位競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略選擇量化矩陣,并進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究得到以下結(jié)論:武漢港為共生發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,宜昌港以共生發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為主,局部生態(tài)位分離戰(zhàn)略為輔;荊州港、黃石港以生態(tài)位錯(cuò)位分離及生態(tài)位特化戰(zhàn)略為主,生態(tài)位擴(kuò)充戰(zhàn)略為輔。
[Abstract]:Based on niche theory, the quantitative matrix of niche competitive strategy selection is constructed, and the empirical analysis is carried out. The conclusions are as follows: Wuhan Port is a symbiotic development strategy, Yichang Port is a symbiotic development strategy, and Yichang Port is based on symbiotic development strategy. The partial niche separation strategy was supplemented by the niche separation strategy, while the niche dislocation separation and niche specialization strategy was the main strategy in Jingzhou Port and Huangshi Port, and the niche expansion strategy was supplemented by the niche expansion strategy.
