高速鐵路競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的模型描述及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)高速鐵路及客運(yùn)專線建設(shè)正逐步形成高速鐵路運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)。隨著高速鐵路網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的發(fā)展,高鐵亟需提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務(wù)品質(zhì),構(gòu)建包括市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力在內(nèi)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,積極應(yīng)對(duì)民航、公路等運(yùn)輸方式間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),提高鐵路運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)份額。本文在對(duì)目前的鐵路、民航、公路旅客運(yùn)輸服務(wù)進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究和數(shù)值分析的基礎(chǔ)上,廣泛借鑒已有經(jīng)驗(yàn),采取實(shí)地調(diào)查分析、比較分析、數(shù)學(xué)建模等方法,完成以下研究?jī)?nèi)容。 (1)建立了基于運(yùn)輸方式的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、快速性、舒適性、便捷性、準(zhǔn)時(shí)性的市場(chǎng)分擔(dān)率logit模型,對(duì)高速鐵路競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行量化分析。 (2)對(duì)京滬通道客運(yùn)市場(chǎng)的分擔(dān)率進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,發(fā)現(xiàn)高速鐵路在運(yùn)輸距離為613公里處其市場(chǎng)占有率達(dá)到最大值,航空在600--1000公里范圍內(nèi)市場(chǎng)占有率增長(zhǎng)速度最快,并隨著運(yùn)距的增加,其快速性優(yōu)勢(shì)得到發(fā)揮。相比之下,隨著運(yùn)距的增長(zhǎng),普速鐵路和公路運(yùn)輸?shù)氖袌?chǎng)占有率呈下降趨勢(shì)。 (3)對(duì)武廣通道客運(yùn)市場(chǎng)的分擔(dān)率進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,發(fā)現(xiàn)高速鐵路在運(yùn)距為554公里處其市場(chǎng)占有率達(dá)到最大值,航空在600--900公里范圍內(nèi)市場(chǎng)占有率增長(zhǎng)速度最快,并隨著運(yùn)距的增加市場(chǎng)份額也保持增長(zhǎng),但漲幅緩慢。相比之下,公路運(yùn)輸則在短距離運(yùn)輸內(nèi)(79公里)較普速鐵路具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 (4)對(duì)鄭西通道客運(yùn)市場(chǎng)的分擔(dān)率進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,發(fā)現(xiàn)普速鐵路和高速鐵路是客運(yùn)市場(chǎng)的主體,占據(jù)了接近80%的市場(chǎng)份額。高速公路只在運(yùn)距為42公里范圍內(nèi)具有相對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),短途運(yùn)輸客運(yùn)市場(chǎng)主要被普速鐵路占據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The construction of high-speed railway and passenger dedicated lines in China is gradually forming a high-speed railway transport network. With the development of high-speed railway networking, high-speed rail is in urgent need of improving the quality of products and services and building core competitiveness, including market competitiveness. In order to increase the market share of railway transportation, this paper studies and analyzes the current railway, civil aviation and highway passenger transport services, and draws lessons from the existing experience, based on the investigation and numerical analysis of the current railway, civil aviation and road passenger transport services, in order to increase the market share of railway transportation, such as civil aviation, highway, and so on. Field investigation, comparative analysis, mathematical modeling and other methods are adopted to complete the following research contents. 1) the logit model of market share rate based on economy, rapidity, comfort, convenience and punctuality of transportation mode is established, and the competitiveness of high-speed railway is analyzed quantitatively. A numerical calculation of the share rate of the passenger transport market in the Beijing-Shanghai corridor shows that the market share of the high-speed railway has reached the maximum at a distance of 613 kilometers, and the market share of the airline has the fastest growth rate in the range of 600-1000 km. With the increase of transportation distance, the advantage of speediness is brought into play. In contrast, with the increase of transportation distance, the market share of speed railway and road transportation is decreasing. A numerical calculation of the share rate of the passenger transport market in the Wu-Guang passageway shows that the market share of the high-speed railway reaches the maximum at a distance of 554 km, and the market share of the airline grows fastest in the range of 600-900 km. And as the distance increases, the market share also keeps growing, but the increase is slow. By contrast, road transportation is 79 kilometers in short distance) and has a competitive advantage over speed rail. 4) the numerical calculation of the share rate of the passenger transport market in the Zhengxi passage shows that the common speed railway and the high speed railway are the main parts of the passenger transport market, occupying nearly 80% market share. The expressway only has a relative competitive advantage in the range of 42 kilometers. Short-distance passenger transport market is dominated by speed railway.
