金港灣貨運場站建設項目溝通管理體系研究

【摘要】:溝通是人與人之間傳遞和溝通信息的過程。在項目內,溝通是指正式的、非正式的人與人、人與組織、組織與組織之間的相互信息溝通的過程。在項目管理中,溝通是在人與信息之間建立的聯(lián)系,是進行項目各方面管理的紐帶,它是項目能否取得成功重要因素。無論何種規(guī)模及類型的項目都有其各自的項目周期,它的每一個階段都是重要的,為做好每個階段的工作,以達到組織預期達到標準和效果,就必須在項目內部、以及項目與外界之間建立良好溝通渠道,快速、準確地傳遞和溝通信息,以便項目內各部門達到協(xié)調一致,通過大量的溝通,找出項目管理的問題,制訂政策并控制評價結果,才能做好人力資源的管理工作,實現(xiàn)項目的預期目標。本文將針對金港灣貨運場站建設項目為例,對項目溝通管理體系進行研究。 本論文的組織結構是依照“提出問題——分析問題——解決問題”的組織結構進行。該論文共分為五章,第1章為緒論,主要是研究背景及動機,研究目的及意義,闡述研究思路結構和研究方法等;第2章是項目中的溝通管理及其基本理論,首先是國內外研究成果文獻綜述,其次是相關理論進行概述,主要包括項目和工程項目的內涵,溝通和溝通管理的內涵;第3章以金港灣貨運場站建設項目為例研究建筑工程項目溝通管理現(xiàn)狀,本章重點描述金港灣貨運場站建設項目的基本概況,并對其溝通管理中對內溝通和對外溝通的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進行了分析;第4章金港灣貨運場站建設項目溝通管理體系的構建,在闡明溝通管理設計的指導思想與原則的基礎上,進行工程項目溝通管理過程設計,并重點進行溝通渠道設計,最后總結一些保障措施。第5章結論與展望部分。 通過對金港灣貨運場站建設項目溝通管理的研究,深刻地認識到溝通在工程建設項目管理中的重要性,為此,需要我們在工程建設過程中要在溝通管理上多投入時間、精力以及資金,更加重視溝通管理。
[Abstract]:Communication is the process of transmitting and communicating information between people. In a project, communication is the process of formal, informal communication between people, organizations, organizations and organizations. In project management. Communication is the link between people and information, it is the link to manage all aspects of the project, it is an important factor of success of the project. No matter what the size and type of the project has its own project cycle. Each stage of it is important, in order to do a good job of each stage to achieve the organization expected to achieve standards and results, it is necessary to establish good communication channels within the project, and between the project and the outside world, fast. Accurate transmission and communication of information, so that all departments in the project to achieve coherence, through a large number of communication, to identify project management problems, formulate policies and control evaluation results, in order to do a good job in human resources management. In this paper, the project communication management system is studied for the construction project of Golden Harbour Freight Yard Station as an example. The organizational structure of this thesis is carried out according to the organizational structure of "ask question-analyze problem-solve problem". The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly the research background and motivation. The purpose and significance of the research, the structure of the research ideas and research methods, etc. The second chapter is the communication management in the project and its basic theory, first is the domestic and foreign research results literature review, then is the related theory to carry on the summary, mainly includes the project and the engineering project connotation. The connotation of communication and communication management; Chapter 3 takes the construction project of Golden Harbour Freight Terminal as an example to study the current situation of construction project communication and management. This chapter focuses on describing the basic situation of the construction project of Golden Harbour Freight Yard Station. The present situation and existing problems of internal communication and external communication are analyzed. In chapter 4, the construction of communication management system of the construction project of Jingang Freight Yard Station, on the basis of clarifying the guiding ideology and principle of communication management design, the communication management process design of engineering project is carried out. And focus on the design of communication channels, and finally summarize some safeguards. Chapter 5 conclusions and prospects. Through the research on the communication management of the construction project of Jingang Freight Yard Station, the importance of communication in the construction project management is deeply recognized. We need to invest more time, energy and money in communication management in the process of engineering construction, and pay more attention to communication management.
