【摘要】：本文通過研究國外發(fā)達國家公路養(yǎng)護項目管理，總結(jié)了值得我們借鑒的經(jīng)驗。在深入分析國內(nèi)公路養(yǎng)護工程項目管理的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，對適應我國公路發(fā)展要求的工程項目成本管理進行了研究。同時，，對養(yǎng)護工程項目定額管理的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進行了研究，提出了養(yǎng)護工程項目定額研究的原則和方法，給出了定額測算和編制的一般辦法。 最后從公路養(yǎng)護體制的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，面向公路養(yǎng)護管理的未來，由淺入深探析了現(xiàn)代成本控制的幾種主要方法，即作業(yè)成本法、精益成本法、戰(zhàn)略成本法，為公路養(yǎng)護企業(yè)的成本管理提出建設(shè)性的意見，從而節(jié)約資金，提高公路使用壽命。
[Abstract]:Through the study of highway maintenance project management in foreign developed countries, this paper summarizes the experience that we should learn from. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the development status of highway maintenance project management in China. This paper studies the cost management of engineering projects that meet the requirements of highway development in China. At the same time, the related contents of quota management of maintenance projects are studied. This paper puts forward the principle and method of quota research of maintenance project, and gives the general method of calculating and compiling quota. Finally, from the current situation of highway maintenance system, facing the future of highway maintenance management, this paper analyzes several main methods of modern cost control, namely Activity-Based costing, Lean cost method, and Strategic cost method. This paper puts forward constructive suggestions for the cost management of highway maintenance enterprises, thus saving money and increasing the service life of highway.
