【摘要】：隨著我國“十一五”規(guī)劃在交通領(lǐng)域的實(shí)施展開，我國高速公路的建設(shè)有了很大的進(jìn)步。不僅僅是公路里程增加了，而且交通的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施也有了很大的改善。因此高速公路上的服務(wù)區(qū)也有了很大的發(fā)展空間。但是就目前我國高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)的規(guī)劃方面的缺陷以及人們生活水平的不斷提高，高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)存在的問題比較突出，其所具備的功能已不能滿足高速公路上人的需求，大大制約著高速公路整體功能的進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮，有礙于高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)的進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。 本文選取重慶地區(qū)的高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)為研究的對象，從重慶市高速公路上的服務(wù)區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手，找出重慶市高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)目前存在的問題，對高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)功能擴(kuò)展進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。本文從相關(guān)概念、類型劃分和特點(diǎn)三個方面對高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)進(jìn)行了綜合闡述，歸納總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)的研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，針對重慶地區(qū)特殊的區(qū)域特點(diǎn)，提出了重慶高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)所存在的主要問題并就其原因進(jìn)行了較為深入的分析。基于重慶高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，本文從意義、影響因素和方法三方面對重慶高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了功能定位。 本文重點(diǎn)對重慶高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)進(jìn)行了物流功能、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品集散和旅游休閑三方面的功能擴(kuò)展研究以便于重慶高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的具體開發(fā)。由于重慶地區(qū)高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)開展物流功能的優(yōu)勢比較大，本文對重慶高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)開展物流功能的戰(zhàn)略分析及定位、拓展為區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的合理性以及開展客貨運(yùn)配在項(xiàng)目等方面進(jìn)行了比較詳細(xì)深入的分析論證。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the 11th Five-Year Plan in the field of transportation, the construction of highway in China has made great progress, not only the increase of road mileage. And the traffic infrastructure has also been greatly improved. Therefore, the service area on the expressway also has a lot of space for development. But at present, the planning of the expressway service area in our country and the living standard of people. Is constantly improving. The problems existing in the expressway service area are more prominent, its functions can not meet the needs of people on the highway, greatly restricting the further development of the overall function of the highway. It hinders the further development of the expressway service area. This paper selects the expressway service area of Chongqing area as the research object, starting with the development status of Chongqing expressway service area, finds out the existing problems of Chongqing expressway service area. The function expansion of expressway service area is systematically studied. This paper comprehensively expounds the expressway service area from three aspects: related concept, type division and characteristics. Summarized the domestic and foreign expressway service area research and development status, aiming at Chongqing special regional characteristics. This paper puts forward the main problems of Chongqing Expressway Service area and analyzes its causes deeply. Based on the development strategy of Chongqing Expressway Service area, this paper analyzes the significance of Chongqing Expressway Service area. The function orientation of Chongqing expressway service area industry is analyzed in three aspects: influencing factors and methods. This paper focuses on the logistics function of Chongqing Expressway Service area. Research on the function expansion of agricultural products distribution and tourism leisure in order to facilitate the specific development of industrial projects in Chongqing expressway service area, because of the advantages of Chongqing expressway service area to develop logistics function. This paper analyzes and orientates the logistics function of Chongqing Expressway Service area. Expanding to the rationality of the regional network logistics node and carrying out passenger and freight distribution in the project carried out a more detailed and in-depth analysis and demonstration.
