文章摘要：針對武漢市旅游交通“進(jìn)得來,散不開”的問題,以圖論思想為指導(dǎo),綜合運用空間句法、核密度分析法、緩沖區(qū)分析法,分別從全局可達(dá)性、局部可達(dá)性和感知可達(dá)性三個視角對武漢市主城區(qū)內(nèi)旅游景點的客觀層面可達(dá)性和主觀層面可達(dá)性進(jìn)行了定量評價。結(jié)果表明：第一,研究區(qū)內(nèi)旅游景點的全局可達(dá)性和局部可達(dá)性總體表現(xiàn)較好或很好,而感知可達(dá)性則較弱,不利于游客通過局部空間的路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)來感知整個路網(wǎng);第二,旅游景點的空間分布與研究區(qū)道路的全局可達(dá)性、局部可達(dá)性都存在部分空間“錯位”現(xiàn)象,即全局、局部可達(dá)性最好的區(qū)域沒有旅游景點分布,而全局和局部可達(dá)性較差的東南部卻有較多旅游景點集中分布;第三,從不同類型旅游景點的可達(dá)性來看,都表現(xiàn)為歷史遺產(chǎn)類旅游景點的可達(dá)性較好,自然景觀類旅游景點可達(dá)性較差,現(xiàn)代人文類旅游景點可達(dá)性居中;第四,從不同等級旅游景點的可達(dá)性來看,表現(xiàn)為等級越高的旅游景點其可達(dá)性反而越差的現(xiàn)象。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對可達(dá)性較差的武漢東湖風(fēng)景區(qū)提出交通優(yōu)化建議,以期促進(jìn)武漢市旅游景點可達(dá)性整體水平的提高。

Abstr：Thinking of the problem that visitors can arrive in Wuhan conveniently while cannot move smoothly inside the city, this paper, guided by the Graph theory, evaluated both objective and subjective accessibilities of the scenic spots in Wuhan in terms of its global accessibility, local accessibility and perceptive accessibility by using the Spatial Syntax, Kernel Density Estimation and Buffer Analysis. The results show that： firstly, the global accessibility and local accessibility of these scenic spots are good even excellent, while the perceptive accessibility is relative weak, which is not good for visitors to perceive the whole scenic spots through the surrounding road network; secondly, there exists partial spatial mismatch between the spatial distribution of the scenic spots and the roads＇ global accessibility and local accessibility, namely, there are no scenic spots in the areas with the highest global accessibility and local accessibility, while several scenic spots cluster in the southeastern area which is of poor global accessibility and local accessibility; thirdly, the historical heritage scenic spots are better than the modem humanity scenic spots, and the modem humanity scenic spots are better than the natural scenic spots in whether the global accessibility, local accessibility or perceptive accessibility; fourthly, the higher the scenic spots rank, the worse the accessibility of the scenic spots is. Therefore, in order to promote the overall accessibility of the scenic spots in Wuhan, several suggestions are proposed to improve the transportation of the East Lake which is of the worst accessibility at present.
