文章摘要:與都市區(qū)其他區(qū)域相比,高鐵站區(qū)日益成為國(guó)家空間政策的關(guān)鍵性戰(zhàn)略節(jié)點(diǎn),承受著更高投資強(qiáng)度,也面臨更大發(fā)展壓力。首先,依據(jù)利益相關(guān)者分析理論,從眾多利益相關(guān)者中識(shí)別出高鐵站區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)空間的行為主體——高鐵乘客。其次,在分析4類高鐵乘客行為特征、活動(dòng)區(qū)域和需求預(yù)期差異的基礎(chǔ)上,闡釋同樣的服務(wù)設(shè)施由于乘客需求的差異而呈現(xiàn)不同的交通屬性和消費(fèi)屬性,分析這一站區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)機(jī)制。最后,在增長(zhǎng)極理論和圈層理論的基礎(chǔ)上,闡釋高鐵站區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)設(shè)施隨著高鐵乘客需求意愿和使用頻率的降低圍繞高鐵站由近及遠(yuǎn)分布的圈層空間機(jī)制。以此初步構(gòu)建了基于高鐵乘客出行特征的高鐵站區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)空間發(fā)展機(jī)制的理論分析框架,為高鐵站區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)空間的調(diào)控優(yōu)化、分類指導(dǎo)提供決策參考。
Abstr:Compared with other regional urban areas, high-speed rail station has become a key strategic node of national space policy, not only because it is undergoing high intensity of investment, but also because it is witnessing greater pressure of development. Because the existing research lacks of space development mechanism of the industry in regions of HSR stations, from the perspective of the main actors' characteristics, this paper carried out the study from the following three aspects. Firstly, from so many stakeholders, the researchers aim to identify main actors of industry space in regions of HSR stations. Secondly, the researchers observe, analysis and summarize all kinds of actors' characteristics,which also include activity area and demand forecast in regions of HSR stations. Thirdly, based on related theoretical frameworks including the growth pole theory and circle theory, the behavior of the main actors is expected to implement the circle area, and the circle distribution patterns of industy space in regions of HSR stations is deduced. According to the above, the theoretical analysis framework about space development mechanism of the industry in regions of HSR stations is built. Taking into consideration the demand forecast of HSR passengers, the researchers divide the industry space according to development priority, and put forward corresponding policy strategy. The conclution can on one hand deepen the theoretical exploration of HSR station, on the other hand, it can provide decision- making reference of planning optimization and classification guidance for national HSR stations.
