【摘要】：工程活動主要體現(xiàn)為造物活動,其基本特點是集成性。工程創(chuàng)新是創(chuàng)新主體在一定的創(chuàng)新空間進(jìn)行選擇與建構(gòu),對技術(shù)和非技術(shù)等異質(zhì)性要素進(jìn)行集成的活動。工程創(chuàng)新集中表現(xiàn)為集成創(chuàng)新的特點。工程創(chuàng)新管理就是通過對工程的計劃、組織、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、控制等活動使工程創(chuàng)新集成性特點得以施加以達(dá)到工程目標(biāo)的過程。工程創(chuàng)新管理具體包括工程創(chuàng)新計劃管理、工程創(chuàng)新控制管理、工程創(chuàng)新組織管理和工程創(chuàng)新決策管理等。
[Abstract]:The engineering activity is mainly embodied in the creation activity, and its basic characteristic is integration. Engineering innovation is an activity in which innovation subjects choose and construct in a certain innovation space and integrate heterogeneous elements such as technology and non-technology. Engineering innovation is concentrated in the characteristics of integrated innovation. Engineering innovation management is a process in which the integration characteristics of engineering innovation can be applied to achieve the project objectives through the planning, organization, leadership, control and other activities of the project. Engineering innovation management includes engineering innovation plan management, engineering innovation control management, engineering innovation organization management and engineering innovation decision management.
