【摘要】：以2009-2014年我國A股上市公司為考察對象,實證檢驗了企業(yè)環(huán)境不確定性及內(nèi)部控制質(zhì)量對審計師審計意見決策的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):環(huán)境不確定性提高了審計風險,增加了企業(yè)被出具非標準審計意見的概率;高質(zhì)量的內(nèi)部控制能有效緩解環(huán)境不確定性對非標準審計意見的正向影響;區(qū)分企業(yè)性質(zhì)和規(guī)模后發(fā)現(xiàn),上述緩解作用主要存在于非國有和規(guī)模較大的企業(yè)中。結(jié)論表明:企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制有效發(fā)揮了"風險免疫"功能,降低了環(huán)境不確定程度對審計意見的影響,加強企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制建設(shè)顯得尤為重要。
[Abstract]:Taking A-share listed companies in China from 2009 to 2014 as the object of investigation, this paper empirically tests the influence of enterprise environmental uncertainty and internal control quality on auditors' audit opinion decision-making. It is found that environmental uncertainty increases audit risk and increases the probability of non-standard audit opinion issued by enterprises, and high-quality internal control can effectively mitigate the positive impact of environmental uncertainty on non-standard audit opinion; After distinguishing the nature and scale of enterprises, it is found that the above-mentioned mitigation effects mainly exist in non-state-owned and large-scale enterprises. The conclusion shows that the internal control of enterprises plays an effective role of "risk immunity", reduces the impact of environmental uncertainty on audit opinions, and it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of internal control of enterprises.
