【摘要】：上世紀(jì)90年代之后,在政府的支持和推動(dòng)下,我國越來越多的企業(yè)走向資本市場(chǎng),公開發(fā)行股票,成為上市公司。隨著我國資本市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,上市公司不斷壯大。但是這些公司在發(fā)展的過程中,面臨許多問題和缺陷,尤其是資本結(jié)構(gòu)存在許多不完善的地方,直接影響到公司的經(jīng)營業(yè)績(jī)和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。目前,我國的資本市場(chǎng)尚不完善,多數(shù)上市公司存在著資本結(jié)構(gòu)不合理的問題,已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重制約了上市公司的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,使得公司業(yè)績(jī)徘徊不前或下滑,同時(shí)也阻礙了我國資本市場(chǎng)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,并影響宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康快速發(fā)展。因此,研究我國上市公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的問題無疑具有深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在這種背景下,以上汽作為藍(lán)本進(jìn)行研究,首先闡述了資本結(jié)構(gòu)的有關(guān)理論研究,然后又分析了上汽的資本結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀并指出了其資本結(jié)構(gòu)中存在的問題,最后針對(duì)突出問題嘗試的提出了一些解決措施,希望對(duì)未來的研究能有所幫助。
[Abstract]:After the 1990s, with the support and promotion of the government, more and more enterprises in our country go to the capital market, issue stocks publicly, and become listed companies. With the development of China's capital market, listed companies continue to grow. However, these companies face many problems and defects in the process of development, especially there are many imperfections in the capital structure, which directly affect the business performance and long-term development of the company. At present, the capital market of our country is not perfect, most listed companies have the problem of unreasonable capital structure, which has seriously restricted the further development of listed companies, which makes the performance of companies hesitate or decline. At the same time, it also hinders the further development of China's capital market and affects the healthy and rapid development of macro-economy. Therefore, the study of capital structure optimization of listed companies in China undoubtedly has far-reaching practical significance. Under this background, this paper takes SAIC as the blueprint for the research, first expounds the related theoretical research of the capital structure, then analyzes the present situation of the capital structure of SAIC and points out the existing problems in its capital structure. Finally, some solutions to the outstanding problems are put forward, hoping to be helpful to the future research.
