利率市場(chǎng)化背景下RZDG農(nóng)商行經(jīng)營策略研究

【摘要】:隨著自2015年10月24日起,中國人民銀行決定對(duì)商業(yè)銀行和農(nóng)村合作金融機(jī)構(gòu)等不再設(shè)置存款利率浮動(dòng)上限.,標(biāo)志著我國利率市場(chǎng)化改革已經(jīng)基本完成。在利率市場(chǎng)化改革后,RZDG農(nóng)商行如何緊抓這個(gè)金融業(yè)發(fā)展的重大機(jī)遇,結(jié)合自身發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,制定出適合自身發(fā)展的經(jīng)營策略,已經(jīng)成為了擺在銀行高層面前的重要問題。因此,研究利率市場(chǎng)化下我國商業(yè)銀行未來的經(jīng)營策略成為了一項(xiàng)迫在眉睫的任務(wù)。本文在研究大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,基于利率市場(chǎng)化改革不斷深化的背景,借鑒國外或地區(qū)應(yīng)對(duì)利率市場(chǎng)化的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),結(jié)合我國的金融市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,探尋RZDG農(nóng)商行在利率市場(chǎng)化條件下的經(jīng)營策略。本文擬通過運(yùn)用在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)中所獲得的各種知識(shí),按照理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的原則,通過運(yùn)用各種所學(xué)理論工具,對(duì)銀行內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,探索制定銀行下一步的經(jīng)營策略,為銀行提供有力保障。本文研究共分為七個(gè)主要部分。第一部分是本文的緒論,主要對(duì)本文研究的背景和意義,相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)綜述,研究的目的和研究方法以及研究的技術(shù)路線和預(yù)期成果研究進(jìn)行了全面闡述,為本文研究提出了思路。第二部分是是利率市場(chǎng)化相關(guān)理論,主要對(duì)利率市場(chǎng)化的含義,我國利率市場(chǎng)化的進(jìn)程,以及歐美國家利率市場(chǎng)化的啟示進(jìn)行了深入研究,為本文研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分是RZDG農(nóng)商行外部環(huán)境分析,主要是通過對(duì)RZDG農(nóng)商行發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境以及利率市場(chǎng)化改革后DG地區(qū)的銀行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了全面分析,從而為下文其經(jīng)營策略的研究提供外部環(huán)境依據(jù)。第四部分是RZDG農(nóng)商行內(nèi)部資源分析,主要對(duì)RZDG農(nóng)商行的發(fā)展歷程、經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,利率市場(chǎng)化改革對(duì)期的影響進(jìn)行了分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)其進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,從而找出其外部機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,以及內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),從而為下文研究提供基礎(chǔ)。第五部分是利率市場(chǎng)化背景下RZDG農(nóng)商行經(jīng)營中存在的問題,主要分析了利率市場(chǎng)化對(duì)于RZDG農(nóng)商行的影響和其存在的主要問題。第六部分是利率市場(chǎng)化背景下RZDG農(nóng)商行經(jīng)營策略的建議,首先在確定了其經(jīng)營宗旨和目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了強(qiáng)化對(duì)中小企業(yè)服務(wù)力度、打造全員營銷模式、做好資金組織拓展工作、積極開展多樣化的信貸市場(chǎng)營銷、加快推進(jìn)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型工作、實(shí)施差別化定價(jià)、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作、層層壓制責(zé)任,清收不良貸款等經(jīng)營策略建議,助力其長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。第七部分是RZDG農(nóng)商行經(jīng)營策略的實(shí)施保障,在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,為其提出了完善法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)、建設(shè)完善信息系統(tǒng)、合理人力資源配置、建設(shè)企業(yè)核心文、全面提升服務(wù)水平等保障措施。
[Abstract]:Since October 24, 2015, the people's Bank of China has decided not to set the upper limit on the floating rate of deposit interest rate for commercial banks and rural cooperative financial institutions, indicating that the market-oriented reform of interest rate in China has been basically completed. After the reform of interest rate marketization, it has become an important problem for RZDG agricultural firms to grasp this important opportunity for the development of the financial industry, and to work out a management strategy suitable for their own development in the light of the actual situation of their own development, which has become an important issue in front of the high level of the bank. Therefore, it is an urgent task to study the future management strategy of Chinese commercial banks under the interest rate marketization. Based on the study of a large amount of literature and the background of deepening interest rate marketization reform, this paper draws lessons from the experiences of foreign countries or regions to deal with the interest rate marketization, and combines the financial market environment of our country. This paper explores the management strategy of RZDG agribusiness under the condition of interest rate marketization. This paper intends to apply all kinds of knowledge acquired in school study, according to the principle of integrating theory with practice, through the use of various theoretical tools, to analyze the internal and external environment of banks, and to explore and formulate the next management strategy of banks. To provide adequate protection for banks. This paper is divided into seven main parts. The first part is the introduction of this paper, mainly on the background and significance of this study, related research literature review, research objectives and research methods, as well as the technical route of the study and the expected results of the study. Some ideas are put forward for the research of this paper. The second part is the relevant theories of interest rate marketization, mainly on the meaning of interest rate marketization, the process of interest rate marketization in China, and the enlightenment of interest rate marketization in Europe and the United States, which provides the theoretical basis for this study. The third part is the analysis of the external environment of RZDG agribusiness bank, mainly through the overall analysis of the macro environment of the development of RZDG agribusiness bank, the competition environment of the industry and the trend of banking development in DG area after the reform of interest rate marketization. Thus provides the external environment basis for the following research of its management strategy. The fourth part is the analysis of the internal resources of RZDG agribusiness bank. It mainly analyzes the course of development of RZDG agribusiness bank, the current situation of operation, the influence of interest rate marketization reform on the period, and on the basis of the analysis, the author makes a SWOT analysis of RZDG agribusiness bank. To find out its external opportunities and threats, as well as internal strengths and weaknesses, and provide a basis for the following research. The fifth part is about the problems existing in the operation of RZDG agribusiness under the background of interest rate marketization. It mainly analyzes the influence of interest rate marketization on RZDG agribusiness and its main problems. The sixth part is the suggestion of RZDG agribusiness management strategy under the background of interest rate marketization. Firstly, on the basis of defining its management aim and goal, it puts forward to strengthen the service strength to the small and medium-sized enterprises and to create the all-staff marketing mode. We should do a good job in fund organization and expansion, actively carry out diversified credit marketing, speed up the transformation of network sites, implement differential pricing, strengthen risk management, suppress responsibility at all levels, and clear up non-performing loans. Help its long-term development. The seventh part is the implementation guarantee of the management strategy of RZDG agribusiness bank. On the basis of the previous research, it puts forward to perfect the management structure of legal person, construct perfect information system, allocate human resources reasonably, and construct the core text of enterprise. Improve the level of services and other security measures.
