【摘要】：社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段這個(gè)最基本的國情、最基本的實(shí)際,決定了我們?nèi)砸獔?jiān)持以經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為中心,把發(fā)展作為解決一切問題的關(guān)鍵。作為中國特色社會(huì)主義理論組成部分的發(fā)展理念也隨著我國發(fā)展中面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)而不斷豐富發(fā)展。社會(huì)主義的發(fā)展理念是社會(huì)主義基本經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律的主要表現(xiàn),社會(huì)主義基本經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律是指經(jīng)由生產(chǎn)來達(dá)到想要的目的連同實(shí)現(xiàn)目的所采用的手段這兩者的有機(jī)結(jié)合。新發(fā)展理念中的"共享發(fā)展"揭示了社會(huì)主義的生產(chǎn)目的,而"創(chuàng)新發(fā)展""協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展""綠色發(fā)展"和"開放發(fā)展"則揭示了實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義生產(chǎn)目的之手段。因此,新發(fā)展理念是對(duì)社會(huì)主義基本經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律表現(xiàn)形式的一種新概括,開拓了中國特色社會(huì)主義理論發(fā)展的新境界。
[Abstract]:The most basic national conditions and the most basic realities in the primary stage of socialism have determined that we should continue to take economic construction as the central task and take development as the key to solving all problems. As a part of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the concept of development has been enriched and developed with the opportunities and challenges in the development of our country. The development concept of socialism is the main manifestation of the basic economic law of socialism. The basic economic law of socialism refers to the organic combination of the two methods to achieve the desired purpose through production and the means used to achieve the end. The "shared development" in the new development concept reveals the socialist production purpose, while the "innovation development", "coordinated development", "green development" and "open development" reveal the means to realize the socialist production goal. Therefore, the new concept of development is a new generalization of the basic economic laws of socialism and opens up a new realm of the development of socialism theory with Chinese characteristics.
