【摘要】：公共經(jīng)濟學作為以經(jīng)濟學的方法研究公共部門經(jīng)濟行為的學科,緣起于西方市場經(jīng)濟實踐和民主政治制度安排,西方發(fā)達國家及研究者們對促進公共經(jīng)濟學從理論到實踐的深化給予了充分的關(guān)注,并對促進其發(fā)展發(fā)揮了重要的作用。研究并分析國外公共經(jīng)濟學研究的最新成果和進展,有助于更好地發(fā)現(xiàn)并了解世界經(jīng)濟、政治形勢發(fā)展演進背景下,公共經(jīng)濟學研究范圍的確定、研究方向和重點的選擇以及研究方法的變遷,有助于把握和預測國外公共經(jīng)濟學研究前沿與發(fā)展趨勢,有助于拓寬視野、開闊思路推進未來公共經(jīng)濟學在世界范圍內(nèi)更加廣泛的研究與應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Public economics, as a discipline to study the economic behavior of the public sector by the method of economics, stems from the practice of the western market economy and the arrangement of democratic political system. Western developed countries and researchers pay full attention to the deepening of public economics from theory to practice and play an important role in promoting its development. The research and analysis of the latest achievements and progress of foreign public economics research will help to better discover and understand the scope of public economics research in the context of the development and evolution of the world economy and political situation. The choice of research direction and key points and the changes of research methods are helpful to grasp and predict the research frontier and development trend of foreign public economics, and to broaden the horizons. Open-mindedness promotes the future research and application of public economics in the world.
