復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論視角的區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】: 當(dāng)今知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中,創(chuàng)新已成為時(shí)代的主題。許多區(qū)域的發(fā)展都以創(chuàng)新作為主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力,區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)作為理解區(qū)域發(fā)展的模型越來越成為學(xué)術(shù)研究和政策關(guān)注的對(duì)象。但目前關(guān)于區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的研究多是從成功區(qū)域的個(gè)案研究或比較研究中得來,由于各個(gè)區(qū)域背景的特殊性,因此存在定義較為混亂以及實(shí)證有效性等問題,對(duì)于一個(gè)真正的區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成、運(yùn)行機(jī)制至今還不十分清楚。 本文試圖從復(fù)雜性科學(xué)的視角,運(yùn)用復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論作為理論基礎(chǔ)來研究區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng),重點(diǎn)是從演化角度探討了區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制和規(guī)律。論文首先深入分析復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)形成的一般過程,并用適應(yīng)性循環(huán)理論加以佐證,然后提出了區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的形成過程一般需經(jīng)歷集聚、互動(dòng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和多元四個(gè)基本階段,并以案例研究來論證這四階段模型,最后在此基礎(chǔ)上分析合肥科技創(chuàng)新試點(diǎn)城市的演進(jìn)過程,并著重于其互動(dòng)性的理論分析,從中得出一些啟示。 本文由五章內(nèi)容組成。第一章介紹了論文的選題背景和意義,并提出論文研究的主要問題:區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的一般發(fā)展過程。 第二章主要是概述了區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng),從區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的概念的由來、定義、類型和研究方法等方面進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和分析。 第三章首先介紹了復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論基本概念和基本思想,包括四個(gè)基本特性和三個(gè)機(jī)制;通過深入研究歸納出復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)形成的四個(gè)基本發(fā)展階段,并以適應(yīng)性循環(huán)理論加以佐證。其次,在此基礎(chǔ)上來研究區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展過程,概括出區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)一般發(fā)展階段。最后,論文分析了硅谷、128號(hào)公路,以及第三意大利的區(qū)域創(chuàng)新案例,并以此論證區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)四個(gè)階段的合理性。第四章利用上述的研究結(jié)論來透視合肥科技創(chuàng)新試點(diǎn)城市,得出合肥區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)重點(diǎn)在于加強(qiáng)各個(gè)主體之間的互動(dòng)的結(jié)論,并運(yùn)用交易區(qū)理論加以深入分析。 第五章總結(jié)了整個(gè)論文研究工作,列舉了論文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)和在研究過程中所遇到的困難,并對(duì)未來進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:In the knowledge economy society, innovation has become the theme of the times. Innovation is the main driving force in the development of many regions, and regional innovation system as the model to understand regional development has become the object of academic research and policy concern. However, the current research on regional innovation system is mostly from the case studies or comparative studies in successful regions. Because of the particularity of each regional background, there are some problems, such as the confusion of definition and the effectiveness of empirical evidence, etc. The operation mechanism of a real regional innovation system is not very clear. This paper attempts to study the regional innovation system from the perspective of complexity science, using the complex adaptive system theory as the theoretical basis, focusing on the evolution of the regional innovation system from the perspective of the operational mechanism and law. Firstly, the paper deeply analyzes the general process of the formation of complex adaptive systems, and then points out that the formation process of regional innovation system generally needs four basic stages: agglomeration, interaction, network and pluralism. The four-stage model is demonstrated by case study. Finally, the evolution process of Hefei science and technology innovation pilot city is analyzed on this basis, and its interactive theoretical analysis is emphasized, and some enlightenments are obtained from it. This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the thesis, and puts forward the main problem: the general development process of regional innovation system. The second chapter is an overview of the regional innovation system, from the concept of regional innovation system origin, definition, types and research methods were summarized and analyzed. The third chapter introduces the basic concepts and ideas of complex adaptive system theory, including four basic characteristics and three mechanisms, and summarizes the four basic development stages of complex adaptive system through in-depth research. It is proved by adaptive cycle theory. Secondly, this paper studies the development process of regional innovation system and generalizes the general development stage of regional innovation system. Finally, the paper analyzes the regional innovation cases of Silicon Valley, Route 128 and the third Italy, and proves the rationality of the four stages of the regional innovation system. The fourth chapter uses the above research conclusion to perspective Hefei science and technology innovation pilot city, draws the conclusion that the focal point of Hefei regional innovation system is to strengthen the interaction among the main bodies, and uses the transaction area theory to carry on the thorough analysis. The fifth chapter summarizes the whole research work, lists the main innovation points and difficulties encountered in the research process, and looks forward to further work in the future.
