【摘要】： 本文以社會主義市場化進(jìn)程中的時代課題——效率與公平的關(guān)系問題為研究對象，以馬克思主義的基本方法為出發(fā)點，旨在闡明公平與效率的定位：效率指向經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)稀缺，公平則指向社會秩序，在馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中反映為生產(chǎn)力與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系(及其所決定的上層建筑)的相互關(guān)系；在西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中反映為經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)稀缺約束下的資源配置效率與社會資源平均化程度的關(guān)系。首先，，我們試圖在公平與效率的定義與關(guān)系的歷史考察中闡明馬克思主義基本的效率與公平觀；其次，我們試圖在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下效率與公平的定義與關(guān)系原則的爭論中闡明西方的效率與公平觀對我國馬克思主義效率與公平觀的豐富和發(fā)展；最后，我們試圖由這種歷史考察和原則爭論中引出對社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的政策結(jié)論。本文在總體思路上試圖表明中國社會主義建設(shè)實踐對馬克思主義理論的不斷豐富和發(fā)展，從而得出馬克思主義“與時俱進(jìn)”的理論與實踐品格。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the issue of the relationship between efficiency and fairness as the research object in the process of socialist marketization, and takes the Marxist basic method as the starting point to clarify the orientation of fairness and efficiency: efficiency points to the scarcity of economics, fairness points to social order, which is reflected in Marxist economics as productivity and production. First of all, we try to clarify the basic Marxist concept of efficiency and fairness in the historical investigation of the definition and relationship between fairness and efficiency. Secondly, we attempt to clarify the enrichment and development of the western concept of efficiency and fairness to the Marxist concept of efficiency and fairness in our country in the debate on the definition and relationship principle of efficiency and fairness under the condition of market economy; finally, we try to draw a policy conclusion that is effective to the socialist market economy from this historical investigation and principle debate. On the whole, this paper tries to show that the practice of socialist construction in China has enriched and developed the theory of Marxism, and thus has drawn the theoretical and practical character of Marxism "advancing with the times".
